Lovely receptionist ( mandira). Easy access from motorway easy shopping and food halls. Warm and friendly. Nice food in beefeater

Great service at Premier Inn Doncaster Lakeside today - fast, efficient and friendly. Particular thanks to Natala who was particularly helpful.

2nd time at this premier inn. It’s a perfect half way point to meet with family just off the A1 and it’s such a lovely one right by the lake. We find it peaceful. It’s also got plenty of places to eat within walking distance and an outlet shopping place next door. Vue cinema and the dome splash park nearby. Yorkshire wildlife park is only 15 minutes drive too. Great location with kids.
Mandiva on reception is so lovely, she even gave my 5 year old some stickers when checking in and managed to check us in early with travelling far.
They’re also renovating the building to add more rooms that will be premier plus rooms.
Thank you for another fab stay !

Decent hotel but issues with vending machine which is common apparently but yet no sign on it saying "do not use".

No refund or help just was told to contact them directly

I really like this hotel, it is quiet and there is lots of parking. I stay here regularly, the staff are friendly and the restaurant is good.

What a lovely room! Stayed here several times but this was the first time in the annex lovely cosy spacious room, really nicely decorated and appointed, can't fault it. What really made the stay was the welcome from the receptionist Julie, she greeted us with a warm smile and a warm welcome. I just wish all hotel receptionists were as friendly as she is . . .

Good location but parking was very limited due to having building work done. restaurant service was very slow and food cold.

Checked in on the 18th Natalie on reception was fantastic.Nothing was too much trouble she helped us 100%. I gave her a 10 out of 10.

Check in was great with good customer service from Natalia , the room was clean and the food was great

Excellent service, really friendly and welcoming staff more than happy to help. No issues with parking, got a spot straight away and was prompted to enter reg as soon as I got in to register for free parking.

Arrived early due to needing to relocate due to a meeting for work, Mandira assisted me with checking in slightly earlier to allow for this which was lovely gesture! Very welcoming reception and perfect location not too far from local station. Thank you very much Mandira!

Lovely clean rooms staff .. medina was manager she’s was very helpful and kind ..I went with my family to celebrate my 80th birthday to see the elvis tribute show at the dome…very pleased with everything..

Mandira I really help a lot o really appreciate what she did for me. And location is very easy to locate and there a shopping center near by and the have a wounderful people

Perfect location with Lakeside Village shopping centre directly behind the hotel.
Room was a good size and clean and comfortable.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Had a lovely surprise of a bottle of Prosecco in the room for my Mum's 90th Birthday. Very thoughtful gesture from the hotel.
We only ate at the Beefeater restaurant once. The menu choices were quite limited unless you like spicy food. Prices were on the expensive side too. Having said that, the food we did have was served piping hot and was very tasty. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful too.
Overall, we enjoyed our 3 night stay and would return in the summer so we could go to the lake and the wildlife park.

Great comfy beds. Good bath/ shower facilities. Easy check in. Tea and coffee in the room, extras in the reception area if you require more.

A very welcoming experience at Lakeside Doncaster reception after a difficult drive from the south.
Mandira greeted me professionally, and was friendly and helpful throughout the checking in process.
The room was very clean, especially the bathroom.
A 5 star rating throughout.
