We had a lovely week thank you just what we needed and All the staff were very friendly as always can't wait to return next year
the staff at this hotel are vile rude and very unhelpful and need retraining on how to treat paying guests the hotel is old and needs updating badly the rooms are very small and dinghy our toilet seat was broken and dangerous, my partner has m,s and nearly seriously hurt herself when I told them they didn't care at all, it took them 2 days to come and fix it the light above the bed was also broken. only good thing is the bed was comfortable, their are much better hotels to stay in at weston super mare for less money and closer to the beach
Spacious car park once we found it misled by the sat nav
The check in was easy as the desk was manned
Room was great TV etc a lovely comfy bed and just a quick few steps from reception to the beefeater pub with a great selection of VC food and drink
Our stay was made so much better by the efforts of staff members Laura and Clare. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they thoroughly deserve recognition for their professionalism.
It's taken me a while getting around to doing this review but I think the hotel and staff deserve my effort.
From start to finish they were all excellent. In the hotel, restaurant and bar.
The location for us was also ideal. Not too far to walk to Western sea front.
Not to far to travel anywhere around the Bristol area.
All in all a great hotel.
We arrived in the middle of the night after a late flight into Bristol Airport and were pleased to find our room clean, tidy, and at a perfect temperature. The room was quiet and we had a great night’s sleep. The man on reception was very cheerful and helpful in the early hours, even showing us the way to our room. The only downside was the parking — many cars were over the lines, making it hard to find a space. The spaces may be a bit narrow for modern cars. Overall, a great stay. We have stayed here before, and we’ll definitely use this Premier Inn again for airport trips.
A large Premier Inn with two unconnected buildings but plenty of parking which is always helpful. The room (in the annexe) was roomy with a walk in shower, very clean and we slept extremely well. The hotel was running a full capacity during our stay so despite friendly, helpful staff it was busy with a wait to be seated at breakfast.
Reservé habitacion estandar, y ponia bañera adaptada, no me di cuenta de ese detalle.
Pero toda la habitacion era para minusvalidos.
Had a lovely stay with my friend, clean room, reception very friendly, lovely dinner next door, will definitely visit again
We often stay at this hotel when travelling to or from Bristol airport. The staff always give us a lovely welcome and the beds are so comfortable .
The only reason I’ve knocked a star off is because the water pressure in the shower isn’t great .
Highly recommend this for a stopover though, great location and fairly quiet.
Location handy and near shops, good value for money, rooms clean, staff all friendly. Would stay again. Great time here
Family room child's bed and double bed extremely hard, complained to 3 different reception staff, only one just said "a few have said that since they change the beds" only managed 1.5 hours of sleep, not good or safe, after a long drive and still further to go, with my two young kids. Pre-paid for breakfast, but didn't get asked for a booking time at check-in it was not till 3am when I asked if we needed to book. My friend staying there was also not asked. Worst night at a premier inn, I have ever had!
We had a relative we came to visit recommend your hotel. The room was clean and well kept and the breakfast next door in the Beefeater Restaurant offered a large variety of food choices to satisfy all ages.
We stayed here travelling back home from Cornwall to break our journey, but what a difference to the Premier Inn in Newton Abbot we stayed at going down.
For a start it is almost impossible to find if you don't have Sat Nav as from the A370 road you cannot see it even as you pass it 50 yards away, because it is hidden behind a thick copse of trees, so the view they show On Line and as in nthis photo, is only seen once you turn off the A370 at the Hutton Moor sign and you drive another 800 metres past the Leisure Centre. The Room we had on the ground floor mfor accessibility was very small, with only one chair, and nothing else to sit if you are a couple. The double bed was very small too, and the sheets were too small for it and did not cover the mattress...it was quiet, but that is about all in its favour...The Receptionist agreed that lots of people have difficulty finding it. We have stayed a loads of Premier Inns all over the UK, but this was the worst one ever....won't stay again, and would not recomment it unless you have gone to watch yur Tean play Weston Hornets Rugby Team nearby.
Very friendly staff. Nice clean room. If I had a criticism it would be about the toaster at breakfast, the bread was either not cooked or burnt. I think they should get rid of the toaster they have and replace it with normal toaster's.
A really good experience from the moment I arrived. The receptionist was very helpful. The room and en suite were spotless and the temperature in the room was just right. There is a Beefeater Inn next door to provide all meals and the premises provide a large off road car park.
I have stayed at the hotel lots of times and its always been fine! But this time was terrible!! The room was way to hot and the air con wasn't working! The bed was so soft it was like a bouncy castle!! And we only had one towel and the shower leaked all on the floor!! We both had the worst night's sleep 😴
Have stayed here before, slightly downgraded from previous, room was lovely but only had a shower, I had asked at reception when we arrived if the room was quiet and had a bath. The receptionist was not very engaging and said we should have checked in ourselves using the machine. I said I had never even the machine before to whilst he sighed, dragged himself from around the counter and proceeded to check us in on the machine without showing us what to do. He said the machines have been here for ages, but we were there several months ago and it wasn’t then, nor in any of the other Premier Inns we have visited. When I went back down to say the room had a shower so please could we swap, the answer was no we are full tonight. We have stayed in other Premier Inns where yes they may be fully booked, but if the people haven’t arrived, why couldn’t they just reallocate rooms? So a slight down grade for service but the room, as usual was lovely.
The room was clean and check in was fast an efficient, quite hot but understandable from the hot weather and lack of air conditioning. Pleasant stay!
Dreadful. Rooms are constantly heated at 26.5 degrees centigrade. The temperature never alters even though the hotel provides large fans which are running constantly and windows are left open. This is with outside temperatures around 12 degrees with rain and Gale force winds.
It is impossible to sleep and staff notified us of guests having to sleeping their cars.
We couldn't sleep properly and just dropped off for a few minutes now and then. Left feeling exhausted and had a long drive ahead of us.
Staff dismissed our complaint saying the hotel advertises that it does not have air conditioning.
Air conditioning would not be needed in the weather conditions present. The heating was jammed on and room temperature was constant.
Extra bedding in large covered containers was half shoved under the bed but actually caused a safety hazard. We had to be so careful not yo trip.
