First time we have stayed in this Hotel and we were really impressed. Jack checked us in and was so courteous, kind and helpful during our stay. Over the month we stayed in 3 different Premier Inns and we are so so impressed with them all. I cannot praise the Chain more highly. Thank you. We didn’t eat here as Family lived nearby but it looked great, Car parking very cheap and easy to access. I have already rebooked for January.
Disappointing arrived at hotel on 29 November 2025 booked for one night. Changed and went to a private function elsewhere.Returning late went to use toilet that appeared clean only to discover that it was absolutely filthy under the rim. Took photos. In the morning when leaving showed Loki the duty manager the photos and video in regards to complaining about the lack of five star experience that is advertised all over the hotel. She advised she was sorry and advised that if we had contacted them when we were about the dirty toilet at the time they would have moved us. She offered us a free breakfast but we were already booked to meet friends elsewhere for breakfast. She advised that she would inform the duty Manager and get them to call me. We have returned home to Devon and have had no contact from anyone. So it is with sadness that I give it one star as I can't give into stars. The photos and video I took are timed and dated. Be carefull this hotels standard of cleanliness is not what you would expect.
Very pleasant hotel and great staff. Hotel close to station, so good for getting to Winchester and Basingstoke. The wonderful Fleet Pond is very close by and Fleet has some excellent restaurants.
Highly recommend. I would definitely go again! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel well situated close to M3.
We had a really lovely stay at this premier inn. It was perfectly located near the M3 and broke up a long journey from Devon to Hitchin. It's a small hotel with a nice homely feel. It was clean and I was allocated an accessible room right beside reception, which was ideal, but often not the case. The staff were very friendly and Loki served us and was exceptionally helpful, which was very much appreciated as I'm disabled! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again!
Great hotel lovely and quiet room.ample parking for vans too.food was great really lovely mixed grill.will definitely return here.all staff very polite and helpful
I stayed at the Premier Inn Fleet for the Remembrance Sunday weekend as I was taking part in the parade. The hotel was much better than I was expecting! The bed was very comfortable and I slept extremely well. I had breakfast one day and an evening snack and drinks on a couple of evenings - all very tasty and plenty to choose from. Joe and all his colleagues made the stay relaxed and enjoyable - everyone I met from the team was friendly, professional and more than competent! Thank you all!
Location good, friendly and helpful staff, super clean room and a very comfortable bed. The hotel was very quiet as well. An excellent stay for a reasonable price.
A friendly welcome and easy check in.
Jack was extremely helpful, he also seated & served us in the restaurant, giving great service.
Excellent value meal deal for 2 course evening meal & drink + breakfast.
Happily stay again if in the area.
Had a fantastic one-night stopover at Premier Inn Fleet . Joe was incredibly welcoming at check-in and continued to provide excellent service during breakfast and check-out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. Parking is available right outside at £3 a night. Highly recommend for a convenient and pleasant stay.
I’ve stayed in a lot of premier inns for work, by far the best one I’ve stayed in, Joe checked me in an gave me a very warm welcome which you don’t get at other premier inns really, always popping around with reception he was making sure everybody was happy! Even helped out in the restaurant when it was quite on reception! Really enjoyed this stay
The young man on reception was very helpful. He even helped us with our bags from the car.. The lady on breakfast was also very kind.
Well kept, tidy, clean, friendly staff. Can’t fault the hotel or the service. Definitely will return when I’m back in the area.
Very clean rooms, excellent service from all the staff, and the food was delicious! I highly recommend and will definitely stay again
Stayed for one night on the way home
The room was quiet, clean and comfortable as you would expect in a Premier Inn
and we had a good sleep.
Would like to mention the young Lady who served us in the bar ( Loki) she could not do enough for us.
Lovely sized room and beautifully clean. We had it made up as a twin and the beds are comfortable but it would be nice to have them wider. Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible not worth using and sadly I only had 4G so that did make things a bit difficult when I wanted to do some admin.
Although the room was really clean when we arrived, they forgot to clean it the second day when we asked. You are requested to put your dirty towels in the corridor in the morning which is fine but then you have to go and get your replacement towels yourself which is unusual and of course we forgot until we were there with a bath run!
Parking charge is now £3 a night, this should be free for guests!
Lock on bathroom does not work
Breakfast service could be better, no staff
Had 2 nights here on business, we’ve stayed here a couple of times before.
Had breakfast both mornings and dinner one evening, friendly staff, check in was easy.
The only change since our last stay earlier in the year is there is now a charge of £3 per night for parking but this isn’t extortionate.
I had a really great stay at Premier Inn Fleet. Joe, was so helpful and welcoming, and Jack made sure everything ran smoothly. Both of them gave excellent customer service and made me feel really looked after.
The food was lovely and the room was spotless, exactly what you hope for when staying away. Everything was easy, comfortable, and stress-free.
I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Short staffing caused some issues, the ones that were there did there best.
Was surprised we had to ask for room to be attended by rooms service. Guess due to short staffing levels.
WiFi is absolutely shocking do not pay to upgrade as no better then the free one.
