Premier Inn Haydock Park/M6 J23

Was actually very shocked as outside looks like a prison but inside was lovely and very clean.
Breakfast was well worth it definitely get your money worth.
Would recommend this place and would stay again .

Very poor experience of staying in the Premier Inn Haydock.

Paid for an early check in, to be giving a room next to where a Pneumatic drill was being used. Shaking the entire room and making rest impossible.
Had to be moved room due to the incessant noise and vibrating room.

Had I know this hotel had construction work ongoing, I would NOT have booked it. All in all, not impressed.

The ambiance was perfect, greeted promptly at the entrance by Alisha she was so lovely and served us with amazing service. Overall, it exceeded expectations, making it a must-visit for a sophisticated place to wine or dine!

The Social offer an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for both relaxing evenings and lively gatherings. We had Alisha as our server and she was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making sure we all felt welcome and well cared for. The menu features a great variety of dishes and the drinks selection is impressive, with creative cocktails and a wide range of wines and beers. Overall we had a great experience and we will definitely be returning.

Mel on reception is great, new restaurant is nicely done and food is good, but could be doing with an area if you want to sit after a meal with a drink .

New restaurant at Premier Inn Haydock Yewtree Way. Very nice refurbishment. Friendly welcome and very attentive staff especially Alisha.

Food fantastic, dishes very tasty. Staff very antentive with a genuine interest in feedback - so freindly - and over the last two days, a special shout out to Jack and Alisha waiting on, as well as a number of staff of whose names I didnt get. Ive been at the hotel for the last 10 weeks; ive had my fill of pasteries, banana and apples (lol) whislt renovations take place, so in the next 5 week I have left, I shall be working through the menus (thanks to work) in a bid to catch up!

Keep the standards up, it will work in your favour!

And another big shout out to all the staff working within the hotel during my long stay. EVERY ONE of them have been so good, so friendly and overall a pleasure to have gotten know.

Very clean, comfortable room and the breakfast in the morning was great as well- Alisha was very friendly and welcoming and the cook was also very accommodating.

On the second night I was staying (Friday 7th Nov) the person in the room above me decided to start stomping around late at night and didn't stop for hours - have no idea what he was doing. Went down to reception and the guy on the desk (can't remember his name but he was young with black hair) was really helpful. He gave me another room along the corridor and I slept great after that.
So all the staff I met on my stay were fantastic.

Friendly welcome at reception from Donna and Alisha, who were also great with customer service in the newly-refurbished restaurant.

Hotel is close to work , room is a typical premier inn, practical layout, clean, shower and bath, on site parking is a big bonus ,no charge for parking just login your car reg at reception.

Extremely helpful staff, always available to help. Very nice room with Extremely comfortable bed. Unfortunately the adjoining pub was closed for refurbishment. I would recommend this hotel 5☆

Will visit again. The staff are what make this Premier Inn stand out from the rest; attentive and passionate about their jobs, you are always greeted with a smile.
Hotel and rooms are very clean, complimentary breakfast was adequate and there is a mcdonalds next door for anyone wanting a bit more whilst the building work is going on.
Special shoutout to Charlotte for her suggestions on where to eat whilst the restaurant is closed, and willingness to help with our queries.

i stay at the hotel for one night on my travel to and from Scotland. The hotel is perfectly placed just of M6 The staff Donna in reception were most welcoming hepfull and advising on places to see eat and made sure everything was in tip top shape Staff could not be more helpful I would recommend this as a place to stay

An excellent Premier inn with superb staff.
Hotel looks grubby from the outside but is actually exceptionally clean inside. Currently undergoing some renovations so hopefully the outside will be painted which it needs.
Nel and Jaz on the front desk are wonderful...really helpful and friendly. I use a lot of Premier Inns for work and this has to be one of the best. Highly recommended.
