Premier Inn Northampton South - Wootton

My experience was great ,and the receptionist Dani was wonderful and helpful , she offered to help us with the room , thank you

An older Premier Inn but perfectly acceptable. The accessible room we booked was in an adjacent building but I received a phone call on the morning of our stay advising me how best to check in and then access the room. There is a distinct shortage of Blue Badge spots there despite a very large car park and no marked blue badge spot in the carpark you are told to use to be close to your room. Their breakfast was fresh and adequate although the continental felt a little expensive for what it was. Staff good and welcoming.

We had an overnight stay here to break up our journey home and it was a great place to stay! Our room was clean, warm and although we faced a very busy road the traffic noise was minimal and did not disturb us. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, all freshly cooked and lots of choice for the Continental breakfast as well. Anna who was on duty in the restaurant was lovely, friendly and explained where everything we could possibly need was. All in all a very good stay. Thank you!

Comfortable accommodation, excellent breakfast, friendly and efficient staff. Good value and would recommend and use again when next in the area.

We were a little worried when we turned up as there is a very busy road at the side of our room. But once windows and curtains were shut it ,we heard next to no road traffic noise . The room was spotless and staff very friendly. Special shout out to the cook Anna at breakfast, she's a credit to the hotel. She went out of her way ro be helpful and was so lovely, made our stay.

Had a very good stay at Premier inn stayed at two Premier inn with in days both very good parking was grate breakfast was ok ever think could want had a grate stay

Overall a good experience. Only used the hotel for breakfast and sleeping. Have stayed there many times before and will again.
Only downside this time was the bathroom fan kept going all night during our last night there which left us with a bad night's sleep and a long journey the following morning.

Clean and comfortable hotel once we were able to gain access to the building. My son had to walk through the bar to let the rest of us in as we were outside in the rain for 10 minutes. We then waited a further 10 minutes for the receptionist to arrive to check us in as she was busy making beds in the anex. Although breakfast was booked at the same time as the room, nobody asked what time we would like breakfast or told us where the breakfast room was located. We had to find it ourselves

We didn't actually stay at this hotel, the other Premier inn a few miles down the road didn't currently have a restaurant so recommend using this branch for breakfast

Ammie immediately gave a warm welcome to us, clearly loves her job and genuinely cared that guests were looked after

Jackie was cooking the breakfast, everything was hot, and freshly cooked, fantastic cooked breakfast as much as you wanted

Great stay at the Premier Inn Northampton Wootton. We arrived late for breakfast after a much-needed sleep in and Jackie looked after us so well. She made sure we had everything we needed - opening fresh pancakes and asking for eggs to be cooked fresh for us. Thank you for looking after us Jackie. :-)

I visited this Premier Inn and was absolutely delighted with the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the friendliness of the staff. As someone who is an anxious traveller and gets nervous going into hotels It was definitely an experience which i’d happily do all over again. Adding on I must say how much of a lovely gesture the bags for the people going to the track early (Silverstone) was, the fact there was complimentary fruit, water, crisps, pastries etc was so lovely to have! I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, from someone who has stayed in a variety of hotels in Northampton! Will definitely be back next year!

Room was in need of some TLC.
Comfy beds
Awful shower with water squirting out from top of shower head.
Dressing table was peeling and the curtains had small rips in the material.
Breakfast was very nice.

Went with partner for F1 room was nice and clean. Fresh bedding and towels extra provided no extra cost. Fan in the room which was good for the hot weather.
Breakfast was lovely.

Building in general could do with being modernised but no concerns will return next year for F1 again

I again foolishly booked breakfast, when I arrived it was in chaos, the person who would normally cook the breakfast was missing/late/absent and the guy on reception had to take the reins. A total shambles in my opinion.

Such friendly staff. Made us both feel very welcome.
The room was bigger than we expected and the bed was very comfy. Definitely recommend and would stay again if we are in the area again.

Good, friendly staff. Room was nice and clean. Nor aircon though but was okay. Breakfast was good as well. Nothing to complain.
