Premier Inn Manchester - Handforth

Very basic, tired and not very clean. Extremely loud radiator and cold room. Needs upgraded and some money spent on the rooms and overall hotel.

Very dated hotel, and not in a rustic way. Room was a decent size but the bathroom left something to be desired.

Had a pleasant one night stay recently as we were attending a wedding close by.
Room was very clean, the usual comfortable bed, spacious enough and very friendly and helpful staff. Most satisfactory.

Found this place as a much cheaper alternative to the excessively expensive hotels closer to Manchester even when factoring in the Uber charges. Great spot in a quiet location with an adjoining pub for food or drink. Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay again if out in Manchester in future.

I had a great stay at the hotel. I have stayed there one time before and again I had the same great experience. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The pub next door breakfast was delicious.

A basic no frills hotel. Reasonably comfortable stay. But lacking any charm.
Rooms have a slightly off putting smell. Not major, just not fresh.

No air conditioning and bedroom was 28.5 degrees, fan did nothing and basically oven in a bedroom.
Staff were helpful but major money needs to be spent.

Was here for 6 nights the staff are very friendly and nice and the rooms are clean and beds are comfy the vending machine is well stocked and is a restaurant next door

This was a small quiet premier inn but the staff were friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us which I can’t say for all premier inns. The restaurant next door isn’t cheap but the food is fantastic. If we’re ever back in the area staying here is a must

Read largely very positive reviews before booking for 5 nights. Booked a double room but when arrived was given an accessibility room, the bathroom of which was disability adapted which made it all very low down for us. I requested to change rooms on the first night but was advised the hotel was fully booked. The actual room itself was clean and the bed was comfy but the bathroom was very tired and outdated. The soundproofing from upstairs was also poor and we were woken up early each morning by the occupants of the upstairs room. We managed 4 nights but booked somewhere else for the 5th night with the hope of a better night’s sleep and a bathroom that we were able to use without having to stoop down. The pub next door was lovely but we found the hotel to be a bit of a let down.

Stayed the night before a flight to Salou. We have stayed here before & found it absolutely perfect and this time was no exception. Tom on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. On check out at 2am the receptionist was very warm. Will definitely stay here again

Good place to stay , close to any amenities. Tom who works on the reception was very helpful and kind, definitely 5star service . Only one thing I would advise is to put pressure on the cleaning services if you staying longer that night. Thank you

Everything and everyone was spot on! A very warm welcome when checking in and all through my stay, such friendly and helpful staff. The room was so comfortable and clean, I cannot fault anything.

Excellent location for Manchester Airport, only c10 minutes away. Free car park and pub next door which serves decent food. Rooms typical Premier Inn, clean & functional. Special mention for Tom on reception , who is very friendly and helpful.

Having stayed in Premier Inn all over the UK in my time, I can honestly say this was one of the best stays we have had in one. The service was excellent, all the staff were chatty, helpful and really made the difference. Lisa especially at check out, really did care that we had a great stay and asked all about the wedding we had been to the previous evening.
The hotel was spotless, comfortable and had a great night's sleep, but the good old fashioned service, set this apart from other premier inns I have been to before, great job, highly recommend.

Carla , Tom , the other gentleman on reception and Lisa have showed exceptional kindness and first class service. Also all the ladies who clean the rooms. They are a rare treasure and very special. We appreciate them all so much. Nothing is too much for them and they go above and beyond the call of duty so trustworthy and full of integrity. Anyone who stays here will feel so welcome and cared for . Thank you Premier inn Handforth.

Second visit to the Hotel close to the Airport and car parks,
simple booking in process and with Tom on reception i can't fault it,
Tom explained all there is to know even recommending the food next door at the Bull Head,
Don't forget to give him your car registration plate on arrival.
