FROM A1(M) SOUTHBOUND, leave a J63 and take A167 (signposted Stanley/Chester-le-St). Follow A167 over 5 roundabouts. At the 6th roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Rotary Way (signposted Arnison Centre/Newton Hall). You will see Premier Inn and our Brewers Fayre restaurant on your right. FROM A1(M) NORTHBOUND - leave at J62 and take 1st exit at the roundabout onto A690. At the next roundabout take 3rd exit onto Leazers Rd/A690. Continue straight over the next roundabout then take the 3rd exit at the next onto Framwelgate/A691. Follow A691 over the next roundabout (2nd exit). Continue straight over the mini roundabout at the hospital then take 3rd exit at the next roundabout onto A167. Follow A167 over 1 roundabout. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Rotary Way (signposted Arnison Centre/Newton Hall). You will see Premier Inn and our Brewers Fayre restaurant on your right after 200 yards. PLEASE NOTE - the hotel share its postcode with a nearby retail park - please do not use this in your sat nav.

Cosy hotel in excellent location

Excellent location next to the station walking distance to the centre. Parking available outside (paid) the hotel. Comfortable beds.

Sehr gute Lage des Hotels.

Cons:

Leider wurde ich jedoch sehr enttäuscht, weil meine Tochter und ich kein Frühstück inklusive bekommen haben.

Ich habe dieses Hotel unter anderem wegen der guten Lage und wegen des Genius-Vorteils bei Booking.com gebucht. Als Genius-Level-2-Mitglied sollte das Frühstück laut meiner Buchung inklusive sein. Vor Ort wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass das Frühstück nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich sei. Leider wurde sich auch nicht wirklich bemüht, eine Lösung für dieses Problem zu finden. Dadurch sind meine Tochter und ich letztendlich ohne Frühstück geblieben, obwohl dieses laut meinem Genius-Vorteil inklusive sein sollte.

Außerdem sind die Türen beim Schließen sehr laut, was störend sein kann.
