Premier Inn London Enfield

Staff excellent. Rooms & furniture tatty and could do with deep clean. Carpets stained. Cheap handwash in plus rooms. Noisy roads either side. Large payable car park which is increasingly popular with whitbread. Once was enough.

Large parking area but limited spaces. Hotel very down trodden compared to other London Premier Inns. No noise insulation whatsoever could hear every door slam and people in room above us. Our room had a bad smell like drains and the heating control was broken. There was a hole in the floor covered by carpet. Empty water bottle left by previous guest and generally didn't feel clean. Shower was leaking and spraying water everywhere.

We had an excellent stay, the hotel staff were brilliant and friendly. It was my birthday and the staff had even gone to the trouble of decorating my room with balloons and chocolates. Was so great!
Great breakfast and free parking at the weekend!

A great location for a London stay! There’s a station nearby as well as bus routes. You will be sure to have a comfortable stay! I highly recommend 5/5

Stay here all the time with work staff are super nice and helpful always goes above and beyond to help I’d like to thank Dora especially doing everything to ensure a nice stress free stay

Hotel stinks of drugs in rooms and corridors even see drug dealers droping of stuff outside. When you complain thry tell you to just spray your room with perfume as thry can't do nothing. I've stayed at hotels before and people are kicked out in middle of night for smoking cigarettes in room. So why isoent this hotel doing the same for those smoking drugs

Great hotel all staff are friendly and attentive marjan is always happy to help with any requests.
rooms clean to a very nice standard bed is always comfortable and the restaurant next door is lovely with well trained and helpful staff Jenny and the two Kelly's always working hard with a very good friendly atmosphere that's why I have been staying at this hotel every week for nearly 3 years wouldn't want to go anywhere else

Had a lovely comfortable stay as always at this little gem at Enfield Lock. Nathan the receptionist especially very helpful. Always goes out of her way to make my stay stress free . Well done Marjan.

Enfield Premier Inn has the best staff and reception team. Marjan and Lacy greeted me with their warm welcome and lovely smile. They allowed me to have extra duvets and pillows to help me sleep better and get comfortable. The room was clean and very nice. Will be there again next month!

Check in was fun,quick and smooth thanks for reception girls Sevi and Lacey and guy help us with luggage Chris. They so friendly and polite.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The receptionist was kind and patient. The housekeepeg lady were also kind and helpful.

Really not the usual standard from Premier Inn. I have stayed at this hotel before and its been great. Not on this occasion. The room was in desperate need of a refresh and was the room they would give out if no other rooms available. Thats fine but the price should at least reflect that. Wont be staying here again

I normally love a Premier Inn, but this one is so rough! It’s full of trades using it for a cheap nights stay near London for work. We were a family and taken back by the bad language and ladish feel this hotel has. Despite signs out the front it’s full of smokers and at times the smell of pot - with staff and management blindly ignoring this. The bang average pub food makes school dinners seem Michelin standard - everything microwaved or air fried! Normally Premier Inn rooms are spotless but our one could do with a lick of paint and some modernising. Thankfully we know this isn’t the norm, but if I were Senior Mgmt I’d be acting to avoid this one tarnishing the usually strong and reliable brand.

Good comfortable, basic rooms. Very comfortable bed. Room was not cleaned as requested. Other than that it met expectations.

Great experience. Stayed for three nights. The receptionist was knowledgeable, so kind and extremely helpful; gave us information which was an added bonus. Room was made up for our early check-in.
The bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything worked and didn't need any assistance.
Will definitely use again in future.

We get to reception, staff are playing horfie rap music. Room is not as clean as other premier inn properties. Both lifts were out of order the next morning. Felt like it was in a shifty location. We love premier inn however this one was the worst of the lot
