Have stayed there several times. Excellent location, superb beds and staff. Highly recommended it!
I went to book a room for my guest at 3:00 AM as I couldn’t book online. The staff member on duty first quoted me an exorbitant price. I agreed to pay as my guest desperately needed to sleep after a long journey. He proceeded to ask unnecessary questions, including demanding both of our IDs.
I explained that I was not the guest staying and that my guest would be the one paying. When I questioned why he needed my ID since I was not staying, he refused the booking, stating that I was being difficult. He was very rude throughout the entire interaction. I will never be booking with premier inn
Christian legend we went into a room and the toilet was blocked. He quickly found us another room and also gave us free breakfast due to the inclusive.
Staff and cleanliness were sufficient. The location of this hotel within Walsall is excellent.
A really nice quiet hotel. Unforgettable heating was either all or nothing. Carpark outside is private on Android and has had bad reviews. The local council carpark around the corner was cheaper. Staff incredibly helpful and polite.
Après deux jours de séjour j'ai demandé que ma chambre soit nettoyé car dans cette hôtel il faut faire la demande 24h avant et que les serviettes soit changée.
Eh bien la chambre n'a pas été nettoyé et les serviettes non changées

Clean, congenial staff who are very polite and accommodating.
Very good as always.
I couldn’t get the app to work so we just arrived at the hotel to book in for the night.
The welcome was nice but the young lady on reception didn’t have very good English we asked questions but she struggled to understand.
The room was a standard premier inn immaculate and comfortable.
This is a very basic premier inn for experience, I forgot a brush and they had no extras at all downstairs.
We were on the top floor but unfortunately there was only one lift working and the glass corridor that joins the hotel is really really scary.
We were in room 518 and the view was nice, triple glazing and the AC was lovely.
The shower was hot and the towels fluffy.
The parking is next door and very expensive.
I would avoid this place like the plague, theirs is a few friendly staff but not all. The hotel rooms stink like an ashtray. The food portions are questionable. The free WiFi is worse than dial up and I’ve not even started on the town centre which if you have the displeasure to walk through is far too close to the so called Premier ha inn!
Excellent service, comfortable room, very comfortable bed and pillows, clean and goof food. Very close to the train station, 20 min from city centre.
Having arrived after a very long drive, I was really grateful for the kind assistance from Fatima and Dagma in sorting out an issue with my room. They were both really helpful and professional. It was much appreciated.
The Staff were brilliant and very helpful. A very good atmosphere which made the stay more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.
Arrived and checked in without any issues. Had a small problem with a noisy neighbour, but Tyresse did what he could to address it, which improved the situation. Good breakfast and clean room, so nothing to complain about.
I booked two rooms and called the hotel twice after booking to confirm interconnecting rooms for my family with young children. Both times I was reassured, but when we arrived late at night we were given separate rooms. The receptionist was polite and apologetic, but it was disappointing that what had been confirmed in advance was not honored.
At breakfast, I also noticed the curtains and air conditioning unit in the dining area were very dirty, which didn’t give a good impression in a space where food is served. I’ve attached pictures for reference.
the young man on reception was helpful and welcoming. Looks nice from the outside. Corridors and bedrooms smell of cigarette smoke really bad so it was unpleasant to have my 2 children there. Other than the smell the rooms were clean. Breakfast was good at the Buffett.
I really want to give this place 5 stars but the heat of the rooms to the point we couldn't sleep just doesn't warrant it , saying that the staff where amazing and couldn't do enough for us
All members of staff were up to Whitbread standards. TY in particular, was a great help in solving an important issue. Hotel is located centrally with easy walking distance to the town centre. Room was clean and spacious with all the basic facilities.
Beautiful rooms and a smooth check. We are down sadly for a double funeral but have to say the service we received from the hotel and restaurant was fantastic. Jackie and Becky on reception where two very pleasant ladies and made our visit pleasant by acknowledging us when we passed and having a cheery personality
Thank you so much for our visit
this hotel is in a great location. the room was lovely. the only thing that let this stay down was the noise from the bathroom extractor fan!,,, we tried to have a romantic bath....the fan said otherwise! partner went to the toilet in the night, the fan woke me up! we have stayed at many hotels and the bathroom fans have been on permanently for 24 hrs and are silent! over £100 for a night that was spoiled!
Nice hotel attached to a Beefeater and very close to the train station. I thought it might be noisy being in such a central location, but it wasn't. The reception staff were especially lovely - even when checking in at 3am after good old public transport let us down after the Black Sabbath event. Rooms were decent, but the staff deserve special mention for their helpful attitudes and smiles. Breakfast was extremely generous and very good.
