Premier Inn Ripley

We have stayed at Ripley, Premier Inn before so knew what to expect from the rooms. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfy. We are at the Cook House and the food was average pub fair. It wouldn't have been our choice but we had arrived late than expected and were hungry. The staff at the Cook House were great but the food was just average pub food. We were disappointed to find that the Premier Inn now charges for parking, it wasn't overly expensive but just a bit cheeky we felt. We had a good night's sleep but could hear the people above us walking about and people in the adjacent rooms talking so if you are a light sleeper it may be worth taking ear plugs. Overall though we had a very good stay

Absolutely exceptional service throughout my stay. I stayed for business and was greeted at reception by a lovely young woman called Elleigh, who instantly set the tone for my stay. She was professional, always smiling, and genuinely went out of her way to make me feel comfortable after a long day of travel. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work — she’s truly an asset to the hotel and left such a positive impression. Because of her, I’ll definitely be returning on future visits for sure.

Great location and friendly staff. The usual high standard of service that we have come to expect from Premier Inn. Stayed before and will stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a bath as well as a shower. Drink-making facilities were in the room and the TV worked well. I paid for the ultimate WiFi which was needed and was very reliable. The staff on the front desk and the room cleaning staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful! I used the restaurant next door which was very good too. I would recommend this hotel.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Staff were friendly, caring, and professional. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Food was fantastic, breakfast was delicious. We always have a great experience when staying at Premier Inn Ripley.

What a lovely welcome for my husband and myself on our arrival at Ripley premier inn. Elleigh at reception was lovely and very helpful. It's going to be a good few days here at premier inn ripley.

Had a great time here, room was clean and well kept during our stay.
Elleigh was a sweetheart. She gave us extra towels when asked, very polite, and offered a few places that were a great spot for dinner!

Very good experience with Elleigh, would definitely reccomend her if you are looking to have a positive experience at this hotel, very helpful and kind.

Front desk staff member Elleigh was friendly and helpful, also very pleasant to talk to. Room was very comfortable and the food in the restaurant was faultless.

Overall we had a good stay.
We stayed in room 8, it was clean and comfortable and everyone slept well.
The floor is very squeaky near the bathroom and you have to bang the bathroom door to shut it. These things could do with looking at.
WiFi is a little slow but we only used the free service.
Breakfast was very busy, but it was a Sunday morning. Could do with more than 1 coffee machine.

Friendly staff, comfy bed and a great breakfast. The cooked items were frequently topped up and kept warm. Parking was easy.

Great rooms, bed, friendly staff …. But we book a premier Inn as they are attached to a pub/restaurant…
The pub called last orders at 950 on a Saturday night and ushered us out the door at 1010!!! And came back tonight at 930 and the pub is completely closed up for the night …
Won’t stay here again because of this as would like to just have one drink after visiting family all day ( was out by 9am) before we turn in for the night, shame ….

We stayed over at this hotel en route to the Yorkshire coast. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Teresa, who went out of her way to ensure we had a room suitable for my partners mobility issues. We had our small son with us and were arriving late evening, and Teresa made sure we had a room close to reception so we wouldn’t have to carry him too far from the car. She was extremely helpful and charming.
The room was clean and comfortable as per usual Premier Inn standards, and the buffet breakfast was plentiful and well managed.
We will certainly stay here again.

Very friendly staff and a clean room. Just what you want from a Premier Inn. Nice pub next door, McD's and Sainsbury's nearby too.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were extremely kind & hospitable, especially the lady on reception (Teresa)
She went the extra mile & made our stay extremely comfortable. The views are nice. The restaurant next door has an excellent variety of meals & is very good quality. Meal deals can be purchased. The hotel was clean. There are many local places to visit. Enjoyed chatting with different guests. We would highly recommend it.

This was a comfortable stay at the Premier Inn.My only note of criticism being for the wi fibwhich had a habit of dropping off
The room was cleaned every day.
Breakfast is in the adjoining pub/restaurant.That was fine.Thouhh having dinner there was a very trying experience.

Great staff, shame about the toilet roll single sheet dispenser system! Breakfast great, fresh and big choice. Hotel is difficult to find as no signs up.

Room was clean and presentable ! We would definitely stay again. The staff are also lovely but massive shoutout to Paul who was very helpful and polite during our stay.
