95 spaces. No height restriction. Space for large vechicles/lorries/coaches.
Exit M6(J16), follow A500 towards Chester and Nantwich. Go straight over first 3 roundabouts, turn right at the 4th and left at the 5th onto the A534. The hotel is on the right. Next to the Peacock.
Cobwebs in room. Shower pressure was brilliant
Friendly inviting staff that make this premier inn to be honest. However, it was very clean, comfortable bed, so what more do you need. We didn't eat or drink in the local pub attached to the Inn as when we looked at the menu there wasn't much to our taste. Just be aware the Car Park is very tight. Probably due to the age of the inn and would be fixed by being marked out better. Plenty Parking for both Premier Inn visitors and Pub Visitors
Great stay the receptionist was 10/10. The rooms were clean and they DID NOT have the strong smelling cleaning products, that most premier inn use.
Usual good stay at a PI, clean, comfy room, comfy bed, good shower, what more can I say. Easy to get to being right by the Nantwich bypass
Room was okay. The curtains had been installed in such a way they didn’t meet so I used the bolster on the spare bed to hold them so they overlapped.
Flashing green light on smoke detector right above the bed was clearly a design oversight.
There was a time when Premier Inn stood out from their competitors, but the Premier Inn have stood still while the competition has upped their game.
Excellent hotel, room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was immaculate.
My husband had breakfast in the peacock next door and said food was amazing.
Chris on reception was extra helpful!
Highly recommend
Nice reception staff and clean hotel but it is very tired and needs a refurb. The paintwork and carpets in the corridors need refreshing.
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant as it is only small but there is a very nice pub on site (The Peacock) where you go for meals. I didn't have an evening meal so can't comment on that but breakfast was nice. There is no buffet, you order from a menu, but it is quite varied and the food is good. Friendly and helpful staff are on hand to take food orders and serve food.
My one night stay was very expensive for such a small hotel with no restaurant but I discovered that there was a food festival on in Nantwich on the weekend I was there so that explains the inflated price.
I have stayed in many Premier Inns but this is not one of the best.
Thermostat not working. Temp of room was 26+, very uncomfortable. Kept the window open but then the bins were collected at 4am, waking me up and then unable to go back to sleep due to the unbearable temperature of the room.
A big shout to Sarah she went above and beyond what a wonderful receptionist you have nothing was too much trouble thank you Sarah you made our stay
This hotel does NOT have A/C & the window only opens a couple of inches! The temp in the room was 26.5 degrees. Impossible to sleep for our two night stay!
Lovely staff, couldn’t fault them. Hotel is extremely dated, in need of renovation. Our room was very dirty, stains on bedding, stains all over carpet, dirty walls and extremely dusty.
Wouldn’t recommend this premier inn, much nicer hotels near by.
The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, but the room got very warm as no Air conditioning. As I was a lone female and on the ground floor I didn't feel safe enough to have the window open during the night. Overall the stay was ok.
The appearance and initial cleanliness of the hotel was good during my 5 day stay. However, as the days progressed it became clear that there are virtually no staff and that cleaning of the rooms is not done regularly. There is the option of walking to reception and asking for someone to clean the room and you have to leave a card on the door saying you've asked reception for your room to be cleaned. However, despite doing this for 2 days, my room was not cleaned at all during my stay, nor were the towels changed, bed made, bins emptied or tea and coffee supplies replenshed. Reception wasn't often staffed and one particular member of reception looked like they couldn't care any less if they tried, and spent most of their time browsing on their phone.
Noise in the room from upstairs was also very very irritating, often preventing me getting to sleep or waking me up early in the morning.
Facilities wise, the room was ok. Modern tv, plenty of plug sockets (no USB sockets but not an issue for most people), kettle, hairdryer and nice lighting. There was no shaver socket and no iron/ironing board or trouser press. The bath was fine, but water flow from the shower head and basin tap were heavily restricted, probably for water saving reasons, as the flow from the bath filler tap was amazing. Bed pillow and mattress comfort was ok but bed could do with being longer. I'm only 6ft tall but feet dangling over the end is not ideal.
Very poor service during what could have very easily been a nice stay in hotel situated in a good convenient spot with nice surroundings.
The staff are fantastic and i would especially like the say a huge thank you to Amy.
my work placed completely messed up my 5 week booking and didn't pay you it, Amy was very professional in the help and assistance she provided and a credit to the team while my work place left me standing in the reception for 3 hours while they fixed their mistake.
Once i got to my room it was very clean and spacious the bed is a good size and very comfortable along with good pillows. the bathroom is also a good size and very clean.
As im here for 5 weeks Amy was kind enough to put me in a room at the back of the hotel where it should be quieter which i appreciated as i have a lot of studying to do in the evenings.
over all a great service and im looking forward to the rest of my stay here.
Staff were very helpful and nice, answered any questions we had. Rooms were very clean and housekeepers were lovely.
Town is very close and had a lot of things to do. Pub next to the hotel so can get a nice meal and drink.
Overall a very nice experience
Lovely friendly staff very clean, super soft mattress asked for extra pillows nothing was too much trouble thankyou to the lovely staff at premier inn Nantwich we will be coming back soon to stay as we visit family in Nantwich. Highly recommend
I was only at the hotel with my wife, Betty and son for one night during the early week of January. I can confidently say that it was a very enjoyable stay. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very polite receptionist who was very helpful in assisting us to our room for the night. The room was perfectly clean, especially around the areas where you would usually expect to find dirt/dust. The beds were very comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed my rest. I would definitely visit this hotel again in the future.
Room was amazing. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommend for business or pleasure.
Housekeeping were very friendly. Quick and easy check in and check out. Great location. Close enough to walk into Nantwich town. Close to other local amenities
Was not best pleased, I did attempt to speak to staff but none were about last night (1st Jan) or this morning to speak to.
We were in room 25, located on ground floor. It was extremely noisy all 3 nights, there were people running around upstairs, banging and crashing.
Each morning there was banging and crashing early on by staff, going in and out of a fire exit outside our window with big crates.
There were black hairs in the bath and stuck on the shower head.
Our mugs were dirty and there were no spoons.
The room was just absolutely boiling hot each night, no matter what we did, opened window and turned on fan, it didn't help. I did see the signs to ask reception for a sheet, but this would have been no good. Needs sorting.
When we arrived in room, we discovered duct tap over smoke alarm and tv standby button. This must have been previous person in room and should have been picked up by staff.
Brilliant place Amy who grated us at reception was incredibly polite, professional and happy the rooms are well cared for and perfect
On a side note we stayed Christmas eve and Amy made our stay even better by going that extra mile and gifting us a personal Christmas card which she didn't have to do but was extremely decent of her and appreciated by us
Extremely good member of staff and needs recognition for her efforts will definitely stay again
