Premier Inn Stoke/Trentham Gardens

We visited this hotel for a Christmas shopping weekend and had a fabulous time. The rooms have had a make- over since we last visited and were very modern. Ours had a fantastic bathroom with walk-in shower. The hotel is situated on the Trentham estate, and we were able to walk to the shopping village, garden centre and winter light trail within a few moments.
Buffet breakfast the next morning was great, with plenty of food options, regularly replenished, one of our better premier inn experiences.
There is also a great feee car park.
We love this hotel and look forward to our return,

The premier inn was clean . The room we stayed in was on the ground floor facing the road behind the trees but it was still noisy which can’t be helped . We decided to pay for breakfast as we was stopping over night . Oh my god wish we hadn’t now . We was told the table over there by the pillar After a while I just moved as both me and hubby are tall and we was very cramped. I went to get a cooked breakfast it was baked up and most of it was slopped on the counter.The toaster kept burning the toast in the we had a cup of tea and left and had are breakfast in the shopping village . I was really upset about

The premier inn plus rooms were very nice.
No complaints here at all.

What I did find very disappointing were the staff. Customer service was very poor. Especially those taking care of the bar / restaurant. So slow , not a care in the world.

2 male staff were awful. Might as well call one KitKat as he was always on a break. The other ET as he looked like he wanted to go home.

Even when I finished breakfast in the morning no one said good bye even from reception. I understand this is a budget hotel but cmon you can do better.

No hot food. Which was the main reason to go. Wasn't even told. Only upon walking to the room did I learn the kitchen was closed.
Very poor.

Really enjoyed our stay, drove up from Kent to a nice clean, large family room, looked like a premier plus room which we didn’t book, room 14, the kids loved it, including the purple light in the bathroom, the location was perfect, free parking, shops right outside at Trentham Gardens, a huge garden centre, restaurants. We had nice breakfasts, help yourself buffet, kids ate free, staff were good, All in all we had a great stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room was very good. Staff were helpful. Free WiFi very Slow!

Stayed a few rimes now staff great , leanne and kirsty are always bery pleasant and professional and nothing is to much trouble

Perfect location for our visit to Stoke for my son's wedding. Next the retail park and gardens at Thentham. Accommodation was comfortable and food & drink was very nice.

Stayed for the circus and had a Lovely spacious family room. Clean and modern. Easy to park. Breakfast was good value, just need another coffee machine to avoid ques. We will definitely return if we can have the same room again. Very memorable

Best Premier Inn I have stayed in. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was lovely and set my daughter and I up for the day.
Great location near outlet shops and the Trentham Monkey Forest.

Premier staff were very friendly and helpful. We are at the thyme bar and grill which was terrible. I think my wings were deep fried for 30minutes too long, salad had been kept under a hot plate so had wilted. Wont be eating at the thyme again

I did not use restaurant. Although i did use Latte coffee machine 👌.
Room was comfortable, bed extremely so👌. All room facilities were great.
Staff very friendly & helpful.
As a solo traveler i felt safe.
Parking the only issue due to its proximity to Trentham Garden, restaurants & shops. People openly parking in hotel parking spaces & walking over to the shops.

Hi stayed here again for a family get together Was really good as usual rooms very good and clean. Our stay was made even better by the manager Leanne who couldn’t do enough for us Will come again

Great location for what we wanted; to visit the wonderful Trentham Gardens. Hotel was busy without being crowded and our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed our stay. Shopping village next to the FREE car park and a Blue Diamond garden centre as well, couldn't have been better.

Wheelchair accessible, clean room, great staff and wonderful breakfasts!!

As usual i really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and the Staff are amazing especially Leanne who had to prompt me to pay for my whisky after i had a few.. :)
I love staying here and the rooms are amazing and had a view over the bowling green etc this time..
Thank you to everyone of the staff and hope to see you all again soon.. maybe for the Christmas light.

The room was super clean and it had everything we needed.
Bathroom was nice too.
The price was so reasonable for what we had.
It’s located so convenient for visiting Touristic places in Stoke on Trent.

Decided to stay here to break up the journey back home from Dublin as I was feeling tired. Everything was good but have to give a special mention to Marjorie who is an absolute star. Breakfast was busy, but Marjorie was very friendly and super efficient - a real asset to Premier Inn
