Premier Inn Birmingham Oldbury - M5 Jct2

Had another great stay here, very friendly staff, lovely clean room. Shame the restaurant wasn’t open but staff were very knowledgable on food available in the local area. Will definitely be back.

I had a truly lovely stay at Premier Inn Birmingham Oldbury. The whole place was spotless, and the atmosphere was so welcoming from the moment we arrived. The customer service was fantastic — every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel completely at ease, especially with my kids. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the warm, positive energy from the team really stood out. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and very well looked after throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable experience. We’ll be back

Great stay at Oldbury premier inn , lovely staff , room was very clean and well maintained. The hotel great value for money . When we needed some direction staff at the reception was very helpful. Would stay there again .

Adequate hotel, but no more. However their constant hassling for feedback following the stay means that they score low, companies need to stop doing this, it's annoying!
I tried to offer this feedback through their own online portal but sadly it doesnt seem to allow anything other than positives. As such it's now here.

Stayed here last week, the staff we're very attentive and super helpful. Went above and beyond to meet our needs. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I shall be returning for the amazing customer service.

Had a lovely stay at this premier inn. The team here are fantastic, always going over and beyond to help. The manager aswell is lovely and a delight. Will definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant 1 night stay,reception staff very friendly and professional and knowledgeable of the local area, unfortunately restaurant under a make over, but a complimentary takeaway breakfast was provided.

Great staff, all very friendly. Nice comfortable room and a good nights sleep. Good location for the Black Country museum

All in all good. Wasn't pleased with when the receptionist asked for my Nationality although she knew I wasn't a foreigner and upon my asking she said it is standard but I have stayed in many Premier In and Travel lodges and no one has ever asked this question!!!
The room needed a little more ventilation or air freshener!

The hotel has no restaurants as it’s being renovated. The room absolutely stank of sewerage which was reported and I was told that the pipes was backed up so they will drop a tablet in the tank..? They put a fan on in the room to get rid of the smell. It doesn’t. If on ground floor be prepared to have no sleep as anyone above will make noise as the floorboards are that creaky. Awful nights sleep.

Staff is very good & helpful, our room was very warm window only open 6inch or so, mattress need replacing & free Internet they advertise barely work, parking spaces are good. Room was clean.

Lovely food in the restaurant, brilliant clean room quiet area and brilliant staff really friendly, would recommend stay.

i am very happy with the service i received. i was served by Lauren, she was very helpful, friendly & knew exactly how to help. she was very informative in explaining procedures to us. over all very happy, have visited before in the past & will continue to visit again.

Stayed overnight for visit to Black Country Museum. Stayed in plenty of Premier Inns before but sadly this is probably the worst of them all. Staff were friendly and helpful but hotel itself is tired and dated. I believe it's due a refurbishment that is greatly needed. Rooms were ridiculously hot with no air-conditioning just a fan spinning next to bed. Only one socket next to beds. Restaurant was virtually empty and on arrival was told there is no beer on tap and plenty of menu items unavailable. Again staff were excellent. I understand at the price you pay you don't expect luxury but this really wasn't great. Maybe an email to say about an upcoming refurbishment or advice when booking may have made us a bit more prepared.

They are obviously running the place down before a refurb , no beer in the bar not all meals available , mouldy food between the seating in the restaurant. I felt sorry for the staff who were constantly apologising but doing a great job. My room was dated , no sockets at side of the bed. 30 degrees in the room. No air con.

Lovley hotel friendly team. Me and my family enjoyed our stay. Team in the restaurant always smiling and the service was great. Had breakfast hot tasty and fresh served by the lovely Jemma her service was great always smiling and checking on us to make sure everything was ok and that we were happy. Would definatly visit again

Restaurant totally dysfunctional, this was the experience throughout our stay. Restaurant decor totally minging, chairs tables and upholstery.
