Chargeable off-site parking is available at APCOA (SG6 3AN) and charged at £8 per 24 hours Monday – Friday and £4.20 per 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Alternative, chargeable off-site parking is available at Euro Car Park The Wynd (SG6 3EN) managed by NCP, this is charged at £0.50 per hour Monday – Friday and free all day on Sundays.
Leave A1(M) at junction 9 onto A505 (Letchworth Gate). Continue on Letchworth Gate. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Pixmore Way. At the next roundabout, take the third exit onto Norton Way. Continue over two rounabouts and at the third roundabout, take the first exit onto Station Road. Hotel is on the left.
A deposit may be required at the property.

The location was good.

Cons:

€21 for early check in when room was already available.
The room wasn't well cleaned- we found receipts under the bed from previous guests. The rooms were tired and need to be freshened up. Half the menu for lunch/ dinner was not available any more but they haven't updated their menus.
