Premier Inn South Mimms/Potters Bar

No wifi, stayed there had to check out early and find another hotel.
Shower pump so noisy under staffed kitchen staff so limited menu . The mast next door leaves half the hotel without wifi in your room so have to sit in reception and restaurant which was a massive inconvenience. Worst experience i have had in a premier inn

Tired and dirty - The restaurant unavailable and zero welcome. Pay for parking. Room cold and generally feel of take the money and shove them in

The outside of the building looks unkept inside ok, No wifi or TV working, blue badge parking not available due to none blue badge cars parked in disabled parking

Great staff, great experience, very helpful, the receptionist was more than helpful with my situation, the room are very clean and friendly staff

Have rang the reception 14 times and still no answer I don’t understand how someone can’t answer the phone and it being a Sunday night it’s a joke

We have been coming to South Mimms every month for several years with our families. We actually go out for missionary work on the universal basis of humanity. We typically occupy 10-15 rooms each time, and your team have got to know us by our names now! They know who to expect every month. Wonderful service with a friendly smile!

Hina is always warm when we arrive, we are always here every month and feel like home!! Service with a smile and we have ben coming for over a year now!

I was there for two nights to escape a domestic violence situation and the hotel staff literally saved my life. My ex-partner had smashed up my phone so they let me use the phone all day both days to communicate with police, shelters, and my parents in Canada. Breakfast and dinner were also delicious.

It was nice, although my last years experience was better in terms of variety of food. The bathroom noise is quite loud when the light is on. The staff are very friendly.

Convenient hotel, close to the motorway. A little dated from the outside, but the rooms are okay. Loved the towel arrangement by Leona and Mimi on the bed on arrival. Felt momentarily like being on holiday. The restaurant service in the evening was incredibly slow, given that they were almost empty.

Freddie was amazing and very helpful!.
The was decent.
They did show the football which was a nice way to fill an evening.

The Hotel location was excellent. The outside was a little tired. There are no electric car charging bays.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel smelt a little musty, and unfortunately the windows were non opening to get fresh ventilation so the air con was on all time. Breakfast was excellent 👌

Noise in bathroom when light was on. Missed discount code for parking as sign was away from machine. Why not have sign on machine as well as where it is now ?
