Premier Inn Manchester - Swinton

The room was as expected, fairly basic, clean, a good size and reasonably priced. Zoya was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. I was permitted to stay in the room an extra 20 minutes beyond checkout at no extra charge and this was very much appreciated and helpful in terms of meetings that day. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location only couple miles from Salford and Manchester. Quiet and comfortable . Immaculately clean , good low level shower. Nothing to complain of. Staff very friendly and helpful , I feel they go above and beyond for guests. Nothing is too much trouble.

Met up with a few friends to visit the Manchester Christmas markets. Hotel is a great location is arriving by car, free parking and very accessible bus routes for city centre. Staff friendly and had lots of information

We stayed 2 nights for a funeral. We arrived at 3am after travelling a long way and the receptionist was very friendly and efficient (male, long beard)

Every member of staff we met were very friendly.

It was a quiet location, with free parking. We only popped into the restaurant next door for a drink but they were very friendly in there too.

Website needs to be more clear that there’s no restaurant at the hotel, the one next door resembles more of a run down night club
No food available after 7.45pm and no breakfast.
We booked as a family (cot also) we were given a room with
A shower not ideal for a toddler.
Hearing In room stunk of burn
Rubbish in corridors. Not a premier inn experience this time.

AJ on reception is amazing. Printed us a map of places to eat and bus timetable aswell as being very friendly. Also moving us from the room downstairs due to a noisy person above.

Great stay Zoya remembered me and treated me well, she gave me my favourite room 219 was big and spacious as always and a delight to be back here again!

Large clean room, friendly staff, quiet hotel, slightly dated I felt. They don’t offer breakfast despite there being an adjoining pub, but this is made clear when you book and Reception has a list of places locally to get something to eat in the morning. Wi-Fi was a bit slow though didn’t pay for their faster service. I felt it was a PI ‘that time forgot’ somewhat left behind by the rest of the chain. But it was safe, cheap, had free parking and room was fine, so nothing to complain about really.

no restaurant available to have a breakfast.Also could not pay extra to reserve the room longer than 12 o clock check out.In the evening we were told we could stay a bit later as we had a funeral to go to.but in the morning we were told we had to check out 12 o clock.felt very badly let down.Also we found it impossible to alter the heating in the room.

Room dirty found a used condom under the mattress. It was noisy as kids staying in room next to us and they were loud until the early morning

Zoya was fantastic, and was very accommodating and professional. Thank you Premier Inn and I recommend this place. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

Reception was great, service was brilliant, however there was no water during our stay so couldn’t even have a shower or use the toilet

Stayed over for the oasis concert staff where very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and how to get to and from Heaton park even recommended places to go drink and eat. Thank you so much to the team at Swinton

Great location great staff, stayed for visiting family very close by perfect location. Would definitely stay again staff were really helpful even left some treats in my room, great bonus. Also recommended some great spots for breakie bit unfortunate they don’t have a restaurant but won’t stop me staying again.

Great stay. Quiet dark room so ideal for sleeping. Also very clean and good strong hot shower

Room was very clean and comfortable shower nice bed very comfortable only downside to this hotel is that there's no restaurant on site and was not told this before arrival so the planned breakfast didn't happen and did not prepare for this the staff very friendly and helpful

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially a young woman at the reception wearing glasses. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect place to relax and sleep. Also, I really appreciated the service and the affordability. I truly felt well taken care of during my stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable and enjoyable experience.
