Premier Inn Luton South - M1 J9

Very good and helpful staff, we had a vehicle brake down and asked if we could could in from being wet and out of the rain, the receptionist was so kind and offered us in and a coffee to keep us warm, really cannot recommend the service.

Great one night stay for our trip to the airport the following morning. Check in was easy and quick. Friendly lady on the reception. Plenty of parking spaces. Just put your reg in at the reception on a tablet. Room was fine except I found when I put the heating on the radiator made a clicking noise so had to turn it off to sleep as it was annoying. We booked the breakfast for the following morning. Definitely better value than having it at the airport. Plenty of choice and eat as much as you want. We did go to the harvester for a few drinks at night. I did find that very cold in there. Its nothing to do with the premier inn. I would stay here again if going to luton airport. It was a 10 minute drive. Wifi worked fine. Get more tea ect from next to the reception.

Just needed some help with toilets and coffees while EV charging and receptionist Shobana was extremely helpful going out of her way. Really appreciated her help as the adjacent Harvester was closed for renovations. 👏👏

We have just had our 2nd visit to this Premier Inn, Luton South. We stayed 2 weeks ago for one night, including breakfast and free parking. We were greeted by a lovely, polite young boy, his name was Moses, he was very friendly and helpful.

Last night, we returned after our flight from our holiday. The rooms we had on both occasions were on the ground floor. Basic Premier room, but spotless. The shower room was clean, including shower wash and hand wash over sink. Tea and coffee provided. In the morning, we were greeted by Sylvia at the reception desk. Sara was on breakfast duty. Again, both friendly and helpful. Thank you, ladies. Our breakfast was delicious 😋, this was cooked by Stephanie, We also had continental beforehand. Everything was great 👍 with no negativities at all. We thoroughly recommend staying here. Actually we have already booked for next year.

There is a Harvester virtually next door. Please don't connect this place to the Premier, nothing to do with them. We had an awful meal there the night before travelling the next morning. Ribeye steak was like leather. We certainly wouldn't go back there again.

We often stay here as the rooms are very comfortable and good value for money.
On our most recent visit we were greeted by a very helpful and welcoming receptionist.

The overall service was excellent. The rooms and corridors were maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. The breakfast offered was impressive and of great quality. I would also like to commend Sunny at the reception, who, despite being newly trained, handled our check-in process very efficiently and resolved our queries promptly.

Il bagno con la tendina per me è inaccettabile. L’assenza di ascensore non è un punto a loro favore.Il resto è in linea con gli standard premier inn. Al mattino tuttavia si sentiva un motivetto ripetitivo a partire dalle 7, non so se provenisse dalla reception o dal locale di fianco.

We had a great time staying at the hotel. The rooms and the whole place were super clean, making everything feel fresh and inviting. The staff are nice, always friendly and ready to help with a smile. the newly training guy, who was really nice and made our stay even better. The breakfast is good, with lots of tasty choices to kick off the day. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and we’d definitely suggest this hotel to others.

Very helpful staff with big smiles to great you. Plenty of parking spaces, easy to find near the M1. Would stay here again.

Convenient for a short stop for Luton airport.
Great service from reception, with a smile and made us feel very comfortable. There's a restaurant about 2 minutes walk away so no need to drive.
Breakfast was amazing, and their new coffee machine has all the latest coffees. Room was a good size.

Staff were first class and very helpful - especially the manager who was at reception.
Check in was very easy and quick while all you need to do is drop off the key card at reception upon leaving.
The manager checked his much traffic we were going to face on the way to the airport and even called the cab office again to make sure they arrive on time.

Whilst the rooms are a little dated, it has everything you need for a budget hotel and rooms are clean. Shobana is especially lovely and makes sure I'm well taken care of during each visit. It's always a pleasure to see her. Good access to the M1 as well.
