A perfect location with an easy to reach car park around the corner. The room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was amazing!

Very well situated near the Railway station between The Pantiles and the town centre. Easy check in and the room has everything you need for a short stay. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of hot water and the toiletries are soap and shampoo and the heating was good. Very quiet nights sleep. The breakfast was nice and fresh but could be warmer. Staff were, without fail, very friendly and helpful. A credit to the company. Would recommend and would stay again.

Centrally located, this hotel is perfect for a stay in Tunbridge Wells. The staff cannot be faulted, without exception the ones we came into contact with were polite, friendly, and efficient. The hotel is clean and cost effective. We've eaten in the restaurant a couple of times and the food is good value for money.

Room was very clean and tidy! Room cleaned by Chelsea. Bed was comfortable and room was very spacious. Air con was also good too.

We stayed here for two nights to attend a family event. The hotel is perfectly located round the corner from the high street and the railway station. The town is a beautiful place to walk round and the common is straight opposite the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy as were the dining room and bar area. The staff were friendly if a bit busy on the first night but looked after us well. Would book again as the location is great

My husband and I always choose this hotel. It has become our home everytime we decide to go out and we have our favorite spacious room that we are always given as a choice, Its always clean and really new and fresh. The staff are lovely, chatting and very helpful. Breakfast is nice and lots of choice.

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. In the restaurant, there was only one girl serving and one cook, but she did everything she could to accommodate everyone. Unfortunately, management didn’t appear until breakfast was nearly finished. Our booked table wasn’t ready, and we had to wait for hot food. Just as we started eating, breakfast items were being cleared away. A nice hotel overall, but restaurant staffing and organisation need improvement

The price and location of the hotel make it ideal for our needs - we are regular visitors (every couple of months). The hotel looks a bit tired and shows wear and tear not enough to put us off but its not as good as our early visits.

After a slightly hard check in the rest of the experience was really good and mostly due to the friendly and helpful Lucy. After staying in many premier inns were staff barely make an effort or smile it was great to have a happy smiley staff member serving me. No matter what task she was doing Lucy was great and an asset to the hotel. The food was better quality than most premier inns too.

Room was really clean (as always with Premier Inn) and wss left a lively note by Brooke. Always the small touches that make a big difference

The Premier Inn Tunbridge Wells is very conveniently located near the train station and shopping area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good and varied.

The location was great, right next to the town. The staff were so kind at the reception. I came here with my family and the atmosphere was family friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the dinner in the evening. Would definitely recommend to family and friends for a short or long stay!
