Premier Inn London Uxbridge Town Centre

This hotel provided an exceptional stay. The breakfast was not only satisfactory but also delectable. I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive range of amenities offered. The accommodations were comfortable, and the manager, Marius, was exceptional helpful. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience at a reputable hotel.

Visited from Cyprus and chose to stay at Uxbridge Premier Inn due to its excellent transport links and amenities available on the door step.
Wendy was friendly and cooked a great breakfast. Kurtis was very helpful.

Today we arrive with an unexpected IT issue. Nicol take us to out room and explain to us are we are the first people for check in today and apologise for the inconvenience, Room is clean and welcome set up. Hotel is with very good clean environment and close to my office.

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond and so friendly.
The ladies at breakfast were so quick and nothing ever a problem and always smiling.
The gentleman on reception is so lovely and helpful.
Cleaners do a great job.
The staff here all need a raise as they are the reason we would book to come back😃

I have spent many nights at the Premier Inn Uxbridge Town Centre hotel in West London, UK during the past few years. The staff have consistently looked after me very well. For instance, Laliso was quite helpful in sorting out matters on a recent occasion involving a specific room that had been assigned to me. All in all, I cannot say enough about the high levels of experience and friendliness that the staff have provided to me.

Really easy to find just a few minutes of the motorway.
Tube station located directly opposite and parking across the road.
Nice clean well presented property and comfortable rooms.
Excellent prices and local amenities are excellent

The location is convenient, beside the bus and underground station. I stayed in a Premier plus room, the room was quiet and comfortable. I've stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. The hotel has deteriorated over the years. The carpet seemed grubby and stained. The shower fittings were loose and unable to support the hand shower head. The temperature control on the shower was extremely stiff, my partner could adjust the water hotter but had to call me to adjust it to a cooler temperature. The ultimate WiFi comes with the plus room but you have to put in a new code every day, a pain with 3 devices when you come back and want to relax. The rooms need to be checked properly and issues rectified.

Hotel is on fantastic location. Nikolay create very friendly atmosphere. Rooms are clean and warm. Service is great and friendly. Breakfast is hot and fresh. We recommended the hotel.
