Dreadful. I had to go down to reception because this hotel doesn't allow guests to control their own A/C. I was in a Premier Plus room and woke up at 1am sweating. When I tried to activate the A/C it was locked. Absolutely pathetic.
We stayed for a weekend to attend a Wedding nearby. Everything was great, check in was smooth, clean lobby and room. The highlight were the staff who were always super friendly and helpful, particularly Chell who helped us check in and get a seat in the restaurant when busy.
I thought the restaurant service was fantastic and the atmosphere was buzzing. Would definitely stay here again and the food was so yum yum in my tum.
I stay here monthly, and Abbie is the receptionist who makes it a memorable stay. She manages my booking, moves my room if needed and ensures my dinner tables are booked. She goes the extra mile. She is an asset to this business.
What a stay!! amazing from the moment we walked through the door. We stayed for a 40th birthday party and the stay was everything we needed and expected. staff was friendly and extremely helpful, the room was clean and I slept very well in the comfy bed. Will be returning early next year!
Met up with family who live in the area, this hotel never fails to please me.
Family came to the beefeater for a meal and again the team was friendly. Will be back again for christmas
My company books premier inns regular, but this was my first time at worksop. It didnt dissapoint. Receptionist very polite and booked my tables for dinner and breakfast
Stayed here recently for a wedding at the barn. Staff was polite at check in.
Breakfast was good the next morning. Everything you need for 1 night stay
We paid for an early check in, as we had a wedding to attend. However on arrival we were told our room wasn’t ready. Fortunately we had family who stayed the previous night so we were able to get ready & change in there room otherwise we’d have been getting ready in the toilets! We were then promised by a member of staff she would personally take our belongings to our room whilst we were at the wedding, so when we returned we could go straight to our room. The new staff on reception were unsure if this had happened. We got to our room & it hadn’t been done. We then had to go back & disturb our family members to collect our belongings. Our room didn’t have enough towels in the room for 3 of us to shower in the morning & use a fresh towel each, plus there were only two cups & teabags when there was 3 of us in the room wanting a drink. On check out there was nobody on reception to speak to so we left our room card in the box.
Attended a wedding at hazelgap barn, and this hotel was amazing! The receptionist at check in Abbie went out of her way to ensure we was looked after. There was a group of us who stayed, we had pictures taken in the reception made to feel so welcome.
Gern wieder!
Amazing hotel, staff friendly and helpfull. There was an issue with my work and the booking but this was swiftly sorted. Credit to the team.
Im now looking to stay here monthly, thankyou for a good stay.
My experience with Premier inn workshop ,the hotel was fine staying overnight in a disabled parking bay in the horizon car park was fined £54 pounds phoned workshop and they told me to take it up with horizon because they owned the car park Sent information bl blue badge photograph and booking reference told that wasn,t sufficient evidence won,t book Pre!ier again
From the time we arrived to the time we left the staff were excellent. The duty manager Chell who wears on duty always had a smile and kind word.
The breakfast and evening meal in Beefeater excellent thank you
This is a beautifully clean and friendly Premier Inn...the staff are very friendly helpful and approachable..I met Abbie & Clare who could not be more helpful and they made my booking in super easy...
Nice new hotel. Receptionist Chell was very helpful as well as friendly. Staff in restaurant are attentive, polite and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.
Feeling tired after a long journey, I arrived to a lovely welcome from Courtney on reception. I popped next door to the Beafeater and the very helpful Amanda and Vanessa sorted me out with a really tasty harissa roasted salmon and potatoes that I could take to my room.
I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it never disappoints, it’s quiet, the room was spotless, bed was comfy and had a great breakfast to set me up for the day.
Great value and great welcome - will certainly be back!
Quick overnight stay whilst visiting family. Great Sunday night price and had the meal deal. The location is really easy to find with plenty of free parking. Room was big and quiet and very clean. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Evening meal was ok and the service was friendly. I have stayed here before a few times and is my go to Hotel if I am heading this way.
Abby at reception is brilliant, she goes the extra mile to make sure you are booked in and comfortable. She is extremely friendly and professional. All the staff are brilliant but Abby stands out the most.
Room okay, Breakfact- rubbish, dinner okay ish.
Very average, but staff were good and helpful and made some good suggestions.
