Premier Inn Glasgow - Hamilton

Great hotel to stay at location was good right in middle of the area. Rooms were clean and tidy would definitely come back and stay it was ok in price aswell. Stay was welcoming and friendly

stayed here on our travels as we always use premier inn, its the best value for money. the rooms in here are fab newish and extremely clean. the check in staff were great and great with the kids. beefeater for breakfast was great .

Great hotel in perect location for a stopover to break my journey.
The warmest welcome by 2 lovely ladies on the reception Joanne & Denise. These two ladies are a pleasure and were so friendly, as a solo traveller i was a bit anxious but they are so friendly and helpful.
Room was spotless and bed really comfortable.
Great nights sleep and lovely breakfast in the morning.
Keep up the good work ladies.
I'l be back soon.

sorry to say, we have been at this hotel several times before, but this time it was a disaster. terrible sleep, small double bed, lumpy topper, not very clean through out, meals had to be sent back, service terrible.

Have stayed here a few times over the years and once again the bathroom was without extract ventilation. Extract in bathroom ran in the evenings but not in the mornings meaning walls and mirror were saturated with condensation following 4 showers and remained so for the majority of the day.

Bedroom AC didn’t operate correctly due to the blocked filter restricting air flow.

All very well smiling and taking a report of a problem but very poor that none of the issues were addressed during our 4 night stay.

Also wasn’t advised at check in that if I wanted my room serviced I needed to specifically ask.

Good location. Bed wasn’t really comfortable.

JOANNE AND DENISE. WOW. these two went totally above and beyond what was expected. Took my elderly father to the hotel but there was a mix up with the booking (which was my own fault) when I explained the situation these two jumped in to action and sorted the full thing out and even took my dad to his room and explained everything to him. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done and they are a total credit to premier inn. P.S I have been staying in premier inns for over 25 years and I have never witnessed service to that level. Well done to you both.

This Premier Inn had all the qualities I’ve come to enjoy with a Premier Inn. Location, rooms, bed quality, service and value. It also had a Beefeater restaurant that I would recommend and have reviewed separately. Highly recommended.

Nice and clean modern hotel. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Shops nearby if you need anything. If you have a blue badge parking is free.

Fabulous hotel. One of the best Premier Inns we have stayed. Very clean, comfortable and quiet room. All staff very helpful and friendly.. ate at the Beefeater restaurant attached. Good food thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all very helpful in the restaurant.

We had a great stay! We requested and received interconnecting rooms, which was appreciated. The lounge and breakfast on the main level was convenient and great quality. The breakfast was wonderful - lots of choices! I definitely recommend the breakfast package.
There is a small patio out front where you can enjoy a coffee, or drink. Parking is right next door, we could see our car from the room. A great stay and we would return.

Had a lovely quiet week at the premier inn. Great service especially Robina and Nicole in reception, they were very friendly and welcoming

Stayed here for one night in August - a really convenient hotel for the motorway and the town itself.
The family room was set up ready for us & everything was clean. Staff were all really happy & helpful.
Dropped a star only because the room was ROASTING and the window was locked closed - the lowest the thermostat would go was 19°C - we were sweltering!

Am a regular visitor to Hamilton premier Inn, and I always get a warm welcome and a smile. The reception staff are amazing, in particular Nicole, Robina and Denise. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they make every stay a pleasure and hassle free. Thank you

First class start to finish. We parked wrongly ( not stayed before!) Robina and Denise helped us immensely. Very professional and courteous. Lovely clean rooms and the service next door in the beefeater was equally as good. Managed to secure more work in the area and will DEFINITELY be back. Thank you.

Fantastic hotel in a brilliant location, close to everything you need. The staff are helpful, friendly, and make you feel welcome. There’s also a great restaurant attached, offering added convenience. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the TV is impressively large. Overall, an excellent hotel and outstanding value for the Glasgow area.

Probably my 10 stay at premier inn -fantastic location, friendly and welcoming staff and clean facilities and room -cannot fault it

Great stay at Hamilton Premiere Inn. Very comfortable as expected and as always, really excellent breakfast. We will return on our next trip up north.

Had a fantastic stay at the Hamilton Premier Inn. All staff were friendly and attentive but Nicole on reception went above and beyond to help me with any questions in a professional and caring manor. Travel regularly for work however this was my first stay in Hamilton and will be back.

I recently completed an entire year at this hotel, which in all honesty is just your standard Premier Inn. The rating is for the hotel and not the staff. The Staff are 5 stars and let down by the company. Special mention to Robina, Denise and Donya.

Robina – From the very beginning, Robina made sure my stay was smooth and worry-free. Whether it was answering questions, or simply sharing a friendly smile, she truly went above and beyond. Her professionalism combined with her warmth and wit, often dreading me checking in!

Denise – Denise’s kindness and efficiency were a huge part of why I felt so well taken care of. Whether it was a special request or just a quick chat in passing, Denise always made time to make sure everything was ok/normal. Her willingness to help never went unnoticed, I am deeply appreciative of all the little things she did to enhance my stay, which is often or not something every week!

Donya – Lastly, I must thank Donya for her outstanding service and thoughtfulness. She was always there when I needed assistance, with a positive attitude that was both refreshing and reassuring. Donya truly makes often long boring weeks away that bit more bearable with her genuine care and dedication.
