Cons:

I arrived at the hotel after 6:00 PM and parked my vehicle on the premises. I asked the hotel staff if my car could remain at the hotel until 3:00 PM the following day, even after I had completed the checkout process. They replied, "Of course it can; that is no problem." The next day, after breakfast, I proceeded to check out. However, the staff member on duty at that time demanded that I remove my vehicle from the hotel grounds. He behaved very rudely. I explained what I had previously been told regarding the vehicle, but he objected. I pointed out, "You charge a fee for 24 hours of parking; why, then, can my car not remain here until 3:00 PM?" He simply retorted, "If you are checking out, the car must leave as well." My plans and travel arrangements were disrupted, and I was left in a disadvantaged position.

Cons:

Es stehen nur wenige Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Wir sind abends angereist und es war schon alles voll, sodass wir mit zwei kleinen Kindern und Gepäck erstmal auf Parkplatzsuche gehen mussten.

Pros:

I liked that the standard was as we expected and the service staff we friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The plug next to our bed did not work and not having a plug on the other side of the bed was a bit disappointing.

Zentrale Lage, die Betten und Kissen sind in Ordnung.
Das Frühstück ist recht ordentlich mit losem Tee, Birchermüsli, Minibrötchen und -Croissants, Hummus.

Cons:

Das Zimmer mit Doppelbett ist ziemlich klein, zwischen Bett und Schreibtisch ist ein Durchgang mit einer Breite von nicht mal 15 cm.
Eine richtige Mischbatterie in der angenehm geräumigen Dusche wäre wünschenswert.

I didn’t like the area outside the hotel. It was filled with homeless people. There was no fridge in the room and the sofa bed was too hard for my children to sleep. We asked for a mattress but they didn’t have because it was fully booked! they only gave us a few sheets
