Pros:

Walking distance to EVERYTHING!
Staff were super friendly! Helped us with directions, and phone calls that we couldn’t make with our international phone numbers! This location is a bit harder to find, it’s in the alley way that taxis don’t drive into, so you have to walk to the hotel with your luggage. Just one thing we were disappointed about, the elevator doesn’t reach the first floor! If you have luggage, you must carry them up to the second floor to reach the elevator, and it’s super tiny.

Sehr zentrales und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Einziger Nachteil war, dass unser Zimmer kein Fenster hatte und der Aufzug erst im 1. Stock beginnt – allerdings half das Personal tatkräftig mit dem Gepäck. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen

Pros:

Shower nose was broken, fungus on the tiles and floor, not up to stannards, I have paid less and stayed in much better hotels in the past. There were no maps of the area in reception, nor anything on day trips or excursions. My mother in law, which she is 76 years old, had to walk to the first level to get to the lift as the chair lift from lobby up to the first level was full of packages and with a number of suitcases around all the time. Top location though which it may make it a worthwhile experience to younger/ non family traveller

Friendly and Helpful staff and great location
Pros:

Location: Good, just next to Pedestrian Street, everything is walking distance. But, DD will drop you street away if you choose the wrong dropoff.

Staff is friendly and helpful, they will advice you where is the dropoff/pickup nearest to hotel. The lift is only serve from lv2 and above, so need to use stairs to the lift lobby. Staff is helping to carry and use the stairs.

5 star to the staff.

古い洋館をいかした施設です。中はとても綺麗でスタッフも気が利きます。場所はとても便利です。タクシーが入りにくいので少し離れた場所に止める必要があります。
