Fantastic location and amazing rooms, but service was a bit slow.
My room view the front deask staff and the valey parking personal very accommodating and curtious
Excellent and location too.
All new, excellent swimming pool and gym. Parking Valet to be better organized.
Got stay and friendly staff
Great value for money but they have a rule regarding holding luggage (even for a couple of hours) despite someone staying for serveral days.
Location is great. There is some great staff (not all). We will not stay here again just due to the lack of enpathy regarding their rules.
Clean, new, proffessional staff. Good location.
I recently stayed at Capital Suites & Apartments in Abu Dhabi and had a great overall experience. The location is excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and central enough to get around the city easily. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in was smooth.
The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. The kitchenette was handy, especially for preparing simple meals, and the living area was comfortable for relaxing or working. Wi-Fi was reliable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which is essential in Abu Dhabi.
Only downside: the décor and furnishings are a little dated in some rooms, and a few minor maintenance issues could be addressed. That said, everything was functional and tidy.
Overall, a solid option for anyone looking for affordable, self-catered accommodation in a convenient location. I’d definitely consider staying here again.
It was a very nice stay with modern spacious and clean suites.
Rates are not the best. The front desk is understaffed and a long wait for check-in.
But the staff who were there including the assistants and cleaning were very customer oriented.
I will stay again.
Todo bien
Hotel is inconvenient for people who wish to shop. Dining options are very few.
One of my worst hotel experiences.
Check-in took too long. They kept us waiting for more than 2 hours, and the staff were unhelpful and with an attitude. Not only us, there were around 10 more guests with the same problem. A lot of shouting at the front desk.
They didn't give us 2 keys to the room because they were out of keys! Because of that, many times we had to go to the front desk to send someone with us to open the room.
Nobody cleans the room although the front desk was informed and a "clean my room" sign was placed on the door.
Their restaurant was not operating. They tell you to go to the supermarket to buy food.
At check-out, it took them one and a half hour to bring down our luggage. We complained to the front desk staff many times but they didn't care. We missed our flight!
I don't recommend this hotel to anybody.
Great stay with friendly staff. Scored one star down as only one member of staff manning the checking in desk at 3PM so took slight wait to be served.
When I arrived, I was informed that all rooms were sold out, and no alternative accommodation was offered. The only "favor" they extended was a refund for that night's stay, which left me with no choice but to sleep on the street.
The next day, when I returned, they insisted that I could only extend one night of my stay instead of refunding me for the night I had to spend outside. This was frustrating, as it seemed unreasonable to change my flight just because of their mistake with the hotel booking.
No matter how many times I expressed my concerns, their response remained the same: it was the only option available. Additionally, I faced at least 15 minutes of waiting each time I approached the front desk for assistance, which added to my frustration.
Overall, this has been the most ridiculous hotel experience I have ever encountered.
If you just want a clean bed to sleep and clean towels after the shower, this is a convenient place, particularly that it is still new.
Otherwise, everything else is disappointing. few, overworked and unresponsive staff. check in takes ages. Rooms are not cleaned properly, and there is no restaurant, cafe or any other entertainment in the hotel. It's not an apartment hotel for studio
Worst hotel I stayed in a very long time
Great hotel for its price. Very clean and well equipped rooms. Swimming pool is nice and the views on top floors are very scenic.
The location is perfect if you are attending the events in ADNEC.
Every thing was good except that no self parking only valet and I don’t like valet drivers as they change the car setting without permission. Thanks
Pleasant property and staff, thanks for complementary upgrade to sea view/ high floor suite.
Reserved a studio weeks before arrival but was placed in a twin room because hotel was full. Was also told there are no amenities in the room available.Reserved a studio for the amentities, kitchen, etc.Was told would be moved to a studio after a few days from the manager but didn’t happened. Was not compensated for the lower rate room. The shower was awful, the temperature would automatically get really hot to the point it burns you.i inquired about the shower they said levels 15-17 were like that. The valet was understaffed just like the front desk. When we first parked our car to valet, they lost our key and made me over an hour late for my appointment.I asked several times for help to bring our luggage downstairs but the same gentlemen was standing at the desk and never helped us.We had to pull luggage without the cart on our own. I even asked if we could take the luggage cart that was available and he said no.He attempted to help us after seeing me and my husband take our luggage downstairs our selves without the cart. I was confused by the gym. You had to have a key to enter the gym but on the other side the door was completely opened for employees to go in and out to use the gym restrooms and to get water. That door was also used by small children that entered the gym running and screaming in which they could of seriously hurt themselves in the gym.what’s the point of using a key for entry if employees can go in and out of the gym what’s the point of keyless entry.
