Ich war eine Nacht in diesem Hotel
Personal war sehr nett und hat sich ein paar Mal entschuldigt da er alleine war.
Muss sagen trotz Stress war er sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man merkt er ist mit Herz dabei

Frühstück war sehr gut.Komme gerne wieder..😊😊😊

Disappointed by False Advertising – Stay Away!
I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. The main reason I booked was because of the amenities shown in the pictures—specifically the indoor swimming pool and spa/sauna. However, when I arrived, I discovered that none of these amenities actually existed.

The photos and descriptions online are completely misleading. It felt like a clear case of false advertising, and I felt deceived. If I had known the truth, I would have never chosen this place.

I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake. Travelers deserve honesty and transparency, and unfortunately, this hotel failed to provide both.

Lovely location for a few nights
Pros:

Good location in a lovely village with lots of nice walking routes and easy to visit Cochem, Trier and other places in the region. Hotel is clean and room was spacious. Old plumbing means there was a lot of noise when the next door room flushed the toilet or took a shower. Owners were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had good options and always looked fresh. If you want to use the thermal spa (less than a 10 minute walk), ask for a guest pass at reception as you get an extra hour for free (3 hours for the price of 2). Parking very limited but it was quiet when we were there so we were always able to park at the hotel. Overall, a nice location and property to spend a couple of nights.

Der Chef ist sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht sich persönlich um sene Gäste. Zum Beispiel befragt er beim Frühstück die Gäste ob und wie sie das Frühstücksei haben möchten. Übrigens, super Brötchen.

This is an excellent place to stay. The owners are very accommodating and only wish the best stay possible. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend.
