When I booked this “hotel/apartment” I had no idea there was no front desk. Security pushed me out the door and told me to stay out on the street. Waited for about an hour until a woman arrived and asked for my passport. Then another man arrived to take me to my room. Not friendly or welcoming. I will never stay there again.

The place was very clean. There was even a washer in the “balcony” which is very convenient. Speaking of convenient, there are 3 convenience stores downstairs. There was security 24/7. The place is near everywhere I wanted to go (albeit shopping, dinning, museums, etc…). The host was very responsive.

The pool access requires confirmation from the landlord on a daily basis. The pool was nice a clean but there were not enough pool chairs and there is no shower by the pool. The room was nice and clean but I wish the amenities were not dated. Other than that it was good and a great value for money.

The property itself was clean and safe. The communication, though, was poor and tardy. They advised us that they would arrange a taxi transport from the airport to the apartment but upon arrival, there was no taxi nor transport and no response about this issue. We were also waiting downstairs outside the lobby (we were not allowed to sit inside the reception area) for no less than 45 minutes upon arrival at the apartment, waiting for the staff to come downstairs with a key to our room. Communication was difficult and tardy when it came to collecting our luggage (stored for 1.5 hours only) from their office despite advising notifying them ahead of time that we would be arriving at a certain time and that a taxi would be waiting for us to stopover to collect our luggage. We waited at least 10 minutes for someone to come downstairs. Aside from the poor communication, it was a great stay.
