Very clean, nice selection of breakfast items, friendly staff

I used digital check in, key and check out - all worked well. The location is great! And breakfast was delicious!

Front desk staff was super friendly. I had my dogs with and it was so easy to get checked in with them. Room was very clean and spacious. The free breakfast is always appreciated.

Beautiful room with plenty of space to enjoy with the family. Wonderful breakfast with plenty of seating space. My only issue is the animals that other guests bring in due to my severe allergies. I get it and am happy they are pet-friendly, but for those of us who cannot breathe, it makes finding a nice hotel with no pets hard.

Staff was welcoming and room was immaculate. Highly recommend

It is very nice hotel, great pool, quite nice

Would have been 5 stars if the pool was working, but they did offer for us to go next door to the hotel pool if we would like swim. The new hotel was very clean and rooms were very nice. Would definitely stay again and very close to Adventure Land which we were going to the following day.

Loved our stay! The bed, sheets, comforter and pillows made it hatd to get up. Super clean room. Beautiful colors. Breakfast was good! Lots of options.

The bedroom ac did not work at all and would not change from fan setting. Spoke with a general manager concerning issue and the offered no resolution.

Temperature control is locked at 68 and one of ours didn’t work. You can see through the Kleenex, paper towel, and toilet paper they are so thin. The water pressure is that of a morning sprinkle. They skimp just about everywhere they can while charging premium rates. Would not stay here again.

The ice machines had water fill stations but were inoperable. Front desk said they were not hooked up but not sure why.
Also, understand hotel is pet friendly so it is very important that the floors and furniture are cleaned & sanitized to keep the dog smell and all furniture clean and sanitary for other customers. My couch smelled a bit like a dog slept on it. I brought that the attention of the front desk. They said the would take care of it. Other than that, accommodations were great!
