Nice breakfast, very convenient for a late arriving flight. Better directions on getting a pick-up to the hotel worud be useful.

It was wonderful to stay in there for a night, great food, nice ambience, close to the airport and airport transfer service was very useful.

Charged Rs. 500 for a two minute pick up from the Kochi airport. These guys are out of mind.

Had a wonderful experience at the Taj near Kochi airport. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms were clean and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The proximity to the airport is incredibly convenient, yet the property feels peaceful and relaxing. Dining options were excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes and outstanding hospitality. Truly a five-star experience all around. Highly recommended!

The entire process from check in to check out was made in a courteous and professional manner. Clean and comfortable bed, the facilities were user friendly and easy access to the airport.The highlight was the scrumptious buffet breakfast . We would definitely recommend this hotel and revisit when we are here. The only drawback is that no complimentary shuttle service from the airport . Transport is provided on request with a fee and I had to contact them twice to confirm details.

Great service

Overall the property and staff were really clean, the o my thing we did not like is that there were no universal plug points in the room where as Meriden had them last time we stayed. When we checked out, staff mentioned we could have asked for this at night! Not coming back.

Fabulous new Taj property . Loved staying in a clean space. It's right opposite the airport..I only stayed a night but highly recommend.. The facilities are brand new . The food in the restaurants are great and the staff are friendly and very hospitable which is always a positive in India . My only complaint was that he charging points in my room were not working and my phone ran out of battery before a very long international flight. Also the hotel does not offer complimentary airport transfers. The charges are five star rates of around rs 600 even though it's right opposite and a 2 minute ride. So guests need to bear this in mind. Otherwise satisfied.

Amazing hospitality

Right across from the airport so convenient for flights. The hotel is beautiful and staff was lovely. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the rooms were not equipped with international electrical outlets and the USB receptacles didn’t work. Housekeeping brought an adapter which was much appreciated. However, I think a newly remodeled hotel like the Taj by an airport should be prepared for international travelers.
