The price for my stay was very nice for the hotel room. It does seem safe although there are stairs. Not recommended for handicapped people or physically disabled people. Surprisingly, the location is quiet unless if you have loud people in adjacent room. If that's the case, the walls are very thin. Considerable ampount of food and dining options if without transportation since the Bangi Complex Shopping is right there. The facilities are clean enough. No bugs except after rain you will see a cockroach or two in the room.
Transportation: if you don't have your own vehicle, you will need GRAB or MAXIM. MAXIM isn't the best so in Bangi, GRAB is better to have.
OK, good luck finding the room/front desk.
Better to go into the mall.
They have to do a better job with directions to the place to stay.
There are three names to the hotel. Trial and error. Minor problem if any. I had to ask Orbitz.
Get a receipt for your deposit because, no disrespect meant, when you ask for a receipt, get one. I was put off three times over three weeks.
Make sure you know what you are to pay because I was asked to pay more AFTER my internet stopped functioning and was lied to when three different people from staff said that it would be paid but it seemed as if it was stopped after 10 days because the manager found out that I had paid a good price that they placed in Orbitz so it's BAD BUSINESS asking paid customers to pay more, as if the internet isnt an amenity advertised.
I wouldn't return.
I found the staff to be dishonest. Shamelessly dishonest and greedy. Once a customer pays, it's paid. Just because you arbitrarily decide that the customer paid too little, it's bad business practice and unprofessional to demand more money making the paid customer feel like either they pay you more money or they won't have access to internet restored.
Also, and I should mention this because I still don't know what it was but if you are thinking of staying here, ask what the blinking red light is over the bed. It's odd and shouldn't be happening over a bed.
There is also a cable running throughout the room I had that runs outside the window and attaches to the outside of the window. Could be an antenna. Don't know but coupled with the blinking red light above the bed, I had already paid. Also, I tripped over the wire - no lie - one morning and fell onto my shoulder after my foot caught the cable. I've been to many crappy places. This wasn't bad compared to those crappy places but it was an odd place to stay. If I could have had back the opportunity, the only saving grace was the grocery store in the mall downstairs. Staff is shady. I appreciate when people tell the truth. I apologize. It's the truth.
