施設は綺麗で、かつ、落ち着いた雰囲気で、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。夕方には、ライブラリスペースで、のんびりできました。他にはない体験でした。

5月オープンみたいでした。どこもかしこもピカピカ✨で気持ちよく過ごせました。スタッフの方の対応も良く無料朝食付きもうれしいし和食もパンも両方たべれて大満足でした。夜は近くの廻鮮寿司へ食べに行きましたが絶品でした。近くにはコンビニもスーパーも駅もあり便利です。良い旅になりました。

チェックインの機械操作がうまくいかなかった時に、機械の方に来て教えてほしかった。

こちらが朝食の時間を聞かないと教えてもらえなかった。

アメニティが少なかった。

大浴場があればよかった。

今年の5月にオープンとだけあってすごく綺麗。
お部屋はすごく綺麗でユニットバスも良い感じでした。
シャワーのお湯がすぐに出るのは嬉しかったです。
朝食のバイキングはメニューはそこまで多くないけど、
美味しかったし十分満足できました。

お部屋のペンダントライトはちょうど頭が当たる高さで何度もぶつけたので、
もう少し高くして欲しかったです(笑)
朝食は宿泊者が多い時期は混み合って、
結構待たないといけないです。
お盆の時期の宿泊で、7時半頃行くと8組ぐらい待っていました。
お隣の提携駐車場は一回出すごとに料金がかかってしまうのがちょっと残念な感じでした。

建物が新しく部屋も綺麗でした。ベットが広く枕が２種類用意してあって自分に合う枕が選べ、風呂も綺麗でアメニティも充実、部屋ごとに無料WiFiが使えるのも良かったです。朝食はバイキングですが和食、パン、デザート、色々選べて美味しいかったです。またこちらを訪れる時は利用したいと思います。

Excellent place to stay. 5 minutes from the train station. Great breakfast, with western and Japanese alternatives. The room was great and bigger than others in big cities. Staff was helpful and friendly. If you are doing the Kumano Kodo trail, is convenient.

新しいホテルだったため、とても綺麗でした。
TVで食堂の混雑状況がわかったり、ネット番組も観られて充実していました。ウェルカムドリンクもあり、朝食も美味しく、無料なのが驚きです！
部屋の防音もしっかりしていましたし、ロビーには大人から子供まで自由に読める書籍も多数あり、とてもおすすめのホテルです。機会があれば、また利用したいです。
