the hotel did not provide room, previously confirmed and paid to Expedia. Terrible services.
Too busy , not clean facility & the elevator is too crowded
I had a wonderful stay at this place! The service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The air was fresh and clean, and the ocean view was absolutely breathtaking. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I’m definitely coming back in the near future. Highly recommended!
The bedding is very clean and fragrant, the bed is very soft and comfortable, the balcony view is perfect 10, the location is good, there is a night market restaurant downstairs, the reception manager is very enthusiastic and the service is thoughtful, I will book again when I come to Nha Trang

The location is really central but the property is super crowded and rooms are very tired and mouldy and not hotel standard cleaned .
The staff are lovely and run off their feet.
The gym is decent.
The lower pool is small and crowded and shaded most of the day.
The pool at the top is an extra cost , which was not disclosed In the description.
The views from the mouldy room are great. The air conditioning vent and wall had a lot of very obvious black mould.
The buffet breakfast is good.

Room was great, view of the ocean was great, very clean, quiet rooms, but the best part was the bed, that bed was so comfy and the extra large pillows made it even better. Well stay there again next year.
Good. Few steps to beach, supermarket, staff friendly and clean
Only one coffee machine working at breakfast, so we had lines. Last early morning, we were refused entry at breakfast, They could not find our room on the list. Customer service fixed it, but by then we were at the airport.
The hotel was nice, and the room was also pretty nice, but what you can't possibly understand from the photos is how incredibly busy this place is, the level of noise and constant activity is absolutely tiring. This building has more than 10 elevators and yet there almost impossible to get, and if you do, they're always packed, weather there going up or down. Very frustrating, and your not allowed to take the stairs, if you wanted to of course. Obviously not an option if you're on a higher floor. But overall not a pleasant experience getting in and out of the hotel.
Great location , but overall a very busy hotel with slow elevator and noisy due to being busy. Not really a place to relax or have a relaxing trip.
Check in process is terrible. Light doesn’t work in room. Customer service is horrible. Called multiple times for room service.
