Pros:

The property had no Aircon. They did not provide any fans in the 30+ degree heat even after we asked them and they said yes we will. We were left with opening the windows and when we came back to sleep at night time, the whole room was full of mosquitoes and bugs. I called them several times and no answer.

Pros:

Room excellent. Shower excellent. Only two issues firstly getting into the room digital keypad not explained clearly causing delay and room change...and tv hundreds of channels but could not find basic English channels

Lovely place but poor service
Pros:

Firstly the place is lovely but is hugely let down by the level of service.

I arrived to check in just after 3pm and discovered that it was a remote check in situation, but I had not been sent the details. Fortunately there were some builders on site who contacted the owner so I sat around and waited for 15 minutes for the person responsible to contact me so I could access the property.

As I said it's really nice, but the ambience was somewhat let down by the topless workmen wandering around the communal areas.

Finally I have repeatedly requested a VAT invoice from them - a legal requirement - yet have repeatedly been ignored.

Pros:

I have stayed in some of the most expensive hotels around the country. had to meet up with my son who was staying here along with another 2 groups of friends.
I was apprehensive with the cheep price and a 2.5 star rating. I absolutely loved this place and WILL be going back.
I met up with the manager who showed me some other rooms that was all amazing. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name but he was a really nice bloke to talk to.
I would love to book the whole hotel one weekend and take the whole family I loved the place that much

Pros:

Absolutely perfect for a one night stop I needed. Rooms are great and staff are even greater. Great communication and even though I arrived quite late, they were there still to assist. Very polite and attentive. Well done guys!
