Pros:

Safe place, good food options, friendly staff, and a good location offering points of interest no farther than 30 mins. Though getting food delivered is a hassle if looking for a pizza place.

I didn't like thenfact that they charged me for a night that i wasn't there, and refused to refund the card on my credit card. I have stayed there every time I have visited the area, and expected more.

Beautiful hotel and an amazing location. All of the staff we encountered were so friendly and kind to our family. Rooms are impressive! Huge bathrooms and loved the toiletries. Well appointed rooms. Beautiful facility overall. Thanks for the great experience!

I booked the room for my parents. Was told they was getting a complimentary late checked in at 12pm versus 11am and someone was sent to their room and was instructed to tell them to leave.

The Location was good and the Area was quiet and secure. Hotel looks newer and was very clean. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my friends and family.

Staff didn't respond to any request as promised.
Cleaning staff spoke no English so they were no help.
Only clean rooms every other day, so I had to go to the front desk to get coffee for the room.
