Hadn't used this Hub before but I'm so glad we did. Immaculate, comfortable, cosy, lovely lounge to relax in, and lovely staff - just a generally great place to use. Excellent location for bars and restaurants by Brick Lane. Has become our first choice.

Great hotel, compact rooms but comfortable and with everything you need for a short stay. There’s no kettle in the room but tea and coffee is available all day in the lobby which you can take back to your room if you wish.
The breakfast offers superb value and the staff here are fabulous!

I stayed at hub by Premier Inn London Shoreditch this week and came away genuinely impressed. It’s not your traditional hotel experience, more pared-back, purposeful, and perfect if you want to get your head down and get on with your trip.

Rooms are compact but incredibly well-thought-out. The clever use of space, modern finishes, and innovative tech (including mood lighting and under-bed storage) make it feel contemporary and comfortable. Ideal for solo travellers or couples who don’t need fluff —just function.

The location is spot on. You’re steps away from Shoreditch’s best cafes, bars, and transport links, but the hotel itself remains quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth, the team was friendly, and everything was spotless.

If you're after a sleek, affordable base in East London without compromising on quality, hub Shoreditch delivers. I’d stay again.

A great hotel and a great location for me. Stayed a couple of times and will stay again. Easy check in , friendly staff , comfy bed and reasonable price.

Stayed here for 3 nights over a weekend with a group of friends. Most of us were in the smaller rooms which were modern & well appointed & well planned storage wise..Lighting was good & the room (mine was 1st floor) was quiet. Breakfast which we paid for was excellent value: English and / or continental. Hot drinks & water available 24/7. Staff were really helpful & friendly. Once breakfast was over, the area became a comfortable seated area (useful for groups), and a bar too.

Fantastic stay, great location, spotless hotel, friendly staff , also played really good music in the lobby ....our room was cosy, on the second floor overlooking railway station.. perfect....

This is a clean, comfortable and very conveniently located hotel which is great value for what you get. The rooms are smaller but really well designed. Although no kettle in the rooms, there is tea/coffee available for free 24/7 in the restaurant which you can take back to your room if you want to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Someone was always available to talk to. Anything extra you needed you just asked for. The breakfast was of a high standard and really good value. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting quality on a budget.

This is our go to hotel in London. Richard and the team are amazing and super friendly. The breakfast is fantastic value and the location is great for exploring the East End and Liverpool St Station is very close for the tube.

Many rooms in this hotel have no windows. If you are unlucky enough to be given a room in the basement, locate the nearest fire exit and sleep with one eye open.

Always my first choice when visiting London.

Virtually next door to Shoreditch station and loads of handy bus routes nearby make this easy to get to.

Hub gives exactly what is advertised but I do recommend a bigger room if possible.

Spotless and good shower too.

Excellent staff make this a winner.

Dozens of good food and drink options nearby.

Highly recommended.

Maxlow, Purnima & Georgina were amazing with me. I missed brekkie and Purima sorted me out in the kitchen, going well out of her way. They also let me have a late check out as I was being a bit of a chaotic mess.

I've stayed here 3 times now when I come down to London for work and the staff are always so great. Thanks guys!

Excellent room, with very friendly and helpful staff, tea / coffee free on tap at all times, lovely breakfast / lounge area and good hot cooked breakfast.

spotless compact rooms suitable single person or couple but not 2 friends as would have had to climb over each other staff very helpfully moved us to a twin which you were meant to request before check in by it we didn't know, brekkie good price and value money

Great stay, the staff were amazing, very helpful & friendly. Our room was small & had a double bed, sharing with a friend so was too cosy. The staff changed the room for us and it was spacious with 2 single beds. The hotel staff were very pleasant, and one lovely lady even noticed I had my hands full & followed me to the lift to help me open the doors. Overall a very comfortable stay, handy for the tube. Shane we didn't have longer to explore the nearby shops.

Super hotel! Clean (small) rooms, friendly staff, good beakfast, in a nice quarter, near to Untergrund and busses and many restaurants.

Fantastic modern room with great facilities. Friendly obligible staff and great varied breakfast. Highly recommend.

Schöne kleine und saubere Zimmer, für ein Kurztrip ideal, nicht weit von der UBahn/ bussation entfernt, kleine Shops und Pubs zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Frühstück dezent aber ok.

The room was clean and had everything I needed, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. In all my years of staying at hotels, I have never witnessed an hotel employee as great as Daniel. Over the three days, I observed that he went out of his way to help every guest with attentiveness, kindness, patience, and efficiency. Premier Inn is incredibly lucky to have him. I will definitely be staying here again.
