New hotel that still reminds you of a motel. Cannot believe this is an ITC property

The staff is very helpful and go out of the way ! Pinky was the housekeeping staff kept the room clean and made beautiful towel art. Only the approach road to the hotel is difficult to navigate and a little scary

Its fairly new property. Staff and food is great.
But the access to the property is a bit off the road and tricky. Lot of trucker park at night and activity around it.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was a last minute plan for a staycation for our Anniversary and we were confuse about which hotel to reserve as there is a few good ones in the area but I was glad, I decided to go with Welcome Home by ITC. The property was great and I have traveled all around and being from the hospitality industry myself I tend to notice the little things. The staff was very helpful especially the MOD. The check inn process was smooth and to my surprise they even send us a cake as a welcome gift for our anniversary it's the little things that take you a long way in the hospitality field. They asked us if we needed a late C/O as we had arrived pretty late to the property but my girlfriend had a flight to catch the next day so we checked out pretty early. The room was nice and clean. The surroundings are quiet especially it being close to the highway. The overall service was a 9/10 would definitely recommend them. I'm not aware if they have amenities like a spa or pool on property but if they do that would be added plus. You got me sold ITC. Next time you guys will definitely be my first pick. - Thank You!

The property is well-maintained with spacious rooms and all essential amenities. The pool and gym facilities are impressive, and the staff is courteous and responsive to requests. The breakfast spread offers a good variety of options and was quite enjoyable. However, there were a few inconveniences during the stay. The room key stopped working at one point, which caused some hassle. Additionally, although the room includes a bathtub, the hotel does not provide bath salts or bubble bath, which was a bit disappointing. Overall a nice stay.

However, the location is quite secluded, with limited transportation and dining options nearby, which can be inconvenient for guests looking to explore or dine out. Additionally, the in-room dining experience was underwhelming - the food was quite average in taste and felt overpriced for the quality offered.
Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re looking to relax within the property.

Very safe place with security. Close to the airport. Modern and clean facility with a great pool and gym. Flexible check in and check out to accommodate customer needs. Great service from reception staff. I travelled with 8 large suitcases and 4 carry ons and the room was spacious enough for our family of 4. Would highly recommend for anyone and gladly book again.

Breakfast was awesome. Staff great.

for a nearly new hotel, this is in pretty bad condition. Our tub didnt drain properly. Ghe shower was in the tub, and seemed designed to cause a fall. There were a bunch of other mistakes - the electric points are for round pins only, apparently they expect on guests with Indian electric appliances/ chargers, the soap dispensers in the shower are as likely to fall off as dispense soap..

Hard to find property most of taxi drivers get frustrated.

This hotel will be nice when all facilities are available. Currently it is in start up phase so no gym, no pool, no bar. Unfortunately thus was not made clear when I booked so this was a major disappointment.
