We didn’t make our trip due to illness, I was unable to give advance notice, so my credit card was charged the full amount even though we never checked in or stayed at the hotel

Excellent hotel... this place gets it right! Clean, convenient, comfortable, very good breakfast options, fantastic staff, safe, excellent value for the price! Will definitely return again on our next road trip!!

Overall it’s good. Newer building, but after looking for a Bible and not being able to find one in my room I asked the front desk where a woman was reading a bible and was very kind and sweet, she even offered for me to read hers. After hearing back from management they said they don’t have Bibles in there Hotel rooms.

After learning this I did stay down the road where they had a bible in the room.

This is the first even time of the more than 700 hotels I’ve stayed at that didn’t have a Bible. I really don’t want to give my money to this Hotel knowing there stance against the Bible.

Good breakfast and helpful staff. Nothing against them. Just shocked and surprised as I thought I live in America. Sad day experiencing this.

The stay was very comfortable and the staff were courteous and helpful.

Property is very nice. Room was clean. Breakfast selection was good, however the food was not warm. Also need larger juice glasses. Most guests were using coffee cups because they are larger

Very poor security protocols

This hotel opened only 2 months before our arrival, so there were still some punch list items left over from the construction. In my room we could barely open the door because it was not hung properly and required a very hard push (or pull) to move the door. In another room, the AC did not work. I'm sure this will get fixed, but otherwise the condition of the hotel was excellent. The staff was also very helpful.

Didnt like how the elevator didnt stop smoothly. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a concert and decided ti save $150 and avoid the expensive towns near the venue. It was safe, clean, and the breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel is brand new and very clean. Our only issue was that the air conditioning went out during the night. It was near midnight and we didn’t wish to change room in the middle of the night so we just told staff when we checked out. They were very nice, but generally when something like that happens, a discount or something is offered. Overall, no other complaints.

Great bed, early check in. Super friendly young lady at reception, breakfast options satisfying. A couple outlets and a light bulb was out. Don't fault them for that
