ULIV Pulse Roma - Condesa

Our stay was nice! The place was clean, and the staff was very kind and gave us great recommendations. The only downsides were that the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear noise from the lobby, and the lights made it hard for the room to get completely dark. Other than that, I would recommend it. It’s family-friendly, and we really enjoyed the gym and playroom.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had a good selection of dishes, pans and utensils. Having separate bedrooms was wonderful.

Very clean and modern. The area is excellent too — very accessible, there’s a metro bus station nearby, as well as lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Really appreciated the in-room filtered water faucet as well, considering that tap water isn’t potable in CDMX.

Pros: front desk staff was friendly.
Cons: There was a raw sewage odor coming from the shower drain, so the bathroom smelled like farts the whole time. There were also bodily fluid stains on the furniture and bugs in the refrigerator. When we brought up the concern to management, they said the room was clean, but when we showed them photos, they agreed to move us to another room. It was just as bad if not worse. We tried negotiating a shorter stay but they gave us the run around. Two nights later, I found a blood smear on the elevator button and another night later a blood smear on the washing machine buttons… so we bounced and are trying to get a partial refund.

If you want your room to be clean or to have toilet paper restock you have to request it.

Recently had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and there is a wonderful rooftop area with great views of the city. The staff was always pleasant, courteous, and professional.

I've stayed in this place a few times over the years. I will return. But it really could use some maintenance and most of the washer/dryer machines were broken. One of the reasons I stay is the available lavanderia. But only three washers and three dryers were working.

The bed and pillows are great and the shower has unlimited hot water. Towel quality was great.

The unit was covered in a thick layer of dust, the stove top had burnt food and water marks all over it, the coffee table and bathroom counters had rings all over it, the sofa had mystery stains/marks all over it, etc. I contacted the front desk and they said that's just how the rooms are. They offered to clean at the end of my trip but that was useless. I had to leave early due to an emergency they told me I'd receive a refund for the last night but they lied and I got nothing. It seems they'll be nice to your face and ultimately not care at all. Also, the location is ridiculously loud and you'll hear ever truck passing. Seriously the worst place I've stayed!

Room was well appointed. Distance to public transport was amazingly convenient. Great location.
Does not have a pool.
I would have liked a drying mat for dishes.
The shower filed the floor with water which was unpleasant.
They lent me a space heater for which I am forever grateful.
