Pros:

While the area was walkable and felt very safe, the apartment left a lot to be desired. This is advertised as self-parking included. That is absolutely false. The parking is close, but it is 45 euros a day. The apartment is very small. Ours was on the fifth floor with very narrow stairs, and virtually impossible to get suitcases up. There is not a washer and dryer in the apartment as the description suggests. It is in a basement that smells horrible. We did not use it. The first-floor apartment was smoking both cigarettes and marijuana so when you walked inside, it smelled horrendous. With all of the other options available, I would not recommend staying here. It put a damper on our trip.
