Pros:

新しいためかとても清潔で、部屋にレンジと洗濯機がついていて最高に快適でした。フロントの方もとっても親切でした。次回ハノイに来ることがあったらまた必ずここを選びます。
ネックはシャワーの水圧が弱いところと、旧市街からまあまあ離れていること（タクシーで20分程度、Grabで600円近くかかります）でもとっても静かです。

Very clean! Perfect apartment, modern and new! Great service! Kind and helpful staff!

However the room was very cold, the ac only blew cold air even when i adjusted it.

But my biggest concern was the bathroom/shower. Water stays hot just for a short while. But the biggest issue was that water is leaking out from tha shower to the rest of the bathroom and it stayed there, it didn't drain.
