Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Clinton, the general manager, was great with his assistance and help. Will stay here again. Highly recommend!

Check in was easy , and simple elevators moved pretty quickly on a busy-ish weekend.
First appreancence was this is going to be a really nice hotel because it's brand new. WRONG !! BUGS IN THE SHOWER, DIRTY SHOWER, DIRTY COMMON AREAS,When we arrived we put our belongings down and left for the evening came back to shower after being out all day, finally giving the room a deep walk around to Bugs in the shower, and around the bathroom floor. Alson cthe rooms floor and shower looked like it had never been cleaned. I have both videos and photos for proof.Also the common areas in the hotel weren't the cleanest first thing we see walking to our rooms were trash bags lined up down the hall on the way to our room wasn't something i wanted to see before getting into my room, elevator floors were dirty, and trash all over the lobby floors looks like they hadn't been swept for a few days or more. I hope the management team looks into this and gets things fix around the hotel, it would be a shame to see a potentially good place go down l because you can't keep up maintenance around the property. #333

The bed was incredibly comfortable, room was gorgeous and spacious. Fantastic stay for a great price!

The hotel is new and quite nice. While the beds were comfortable and the linens were clean, the floor was very dirty and sticky. The outside of the fridge and microwave were also very dirty and sticky.

Was an easy check in. The lobby was fun.

The hotel was very clean and cozy overall, and the staff were all very friendly, which made our stay very satisfying. We had three people in the room, so it was a bit inconvenient that there was only one chair, but aside from that, everything exceeded our expectations. I was very pleased with both the service and the condition of the hotel, and it was a stay worthy of a 5-star rating.

The room was spotless and had a well stocked kitchen and lots of options to borrowneeded items at the front desk.

TV didn't work. desk tried BUT not working DISH network problems

This was night 10 of staying in hotels and it was the nicest of our rooms.

Water not hot/ got put in different room since ac was having trouble- downgrade/should get some compensation

I was there for 5 nights. The TV worked the first night but after that it did not. I asked the front desk and was told it was being worked on. I checked every day and was told different stories each day, then on my last night I was told they would move me to another room. Since I was leaving the next day, I declined the move. Also, the room was not very well stocked with dish soap, paper towels, no coffee for the coffee maker. I was a little disappointed that they did not offer any king refund.

Clean rooms. Excellent staff. ROSE was very nice and recommended a few nice local restaurants to try.
