The property was. clean and well maintained. The floor to ceiling windows allow the natural light to shine through. I love the Wynwood and Atlanta locations.

Great property!

The property was nice but the staff isn’t very helpful. We had to walk a pretty good distance with our luggage because there was a gate blocking the parking space near our room.

The property was not well maintained. It gave the feel of a college dorm instead of a extended stay hotel. Basic, not well maintained furniture. Common areas, i.e. elevator and hallways were not clean. The hotel could use updating.

The apartment was very clean and nice. The staff was amazing and helpful, check-in was easy. The only downside I experienced at this property was the parking. The pool area was nice however the outside furniture could use some cleaning. All that aside I’d definitely stay here again.

I liked how spacious and clean the apartment was. Also, having all the amenities. Being close to the night life and shops were great. Just didn’t like having to pay for daily parking. In all, I’d come back!

Gregory was awesome. He was very informative and helpful. He went above and beyond and made the entire check in process easy.

Last two times I stayed here, was checked into a dirty room. Disappointed. No response from management.

I love the property the only reason I am giving it 4 stars because the price of parking. You have to pay everytime you go in and out and it’s too pricey.

It felt very much like home, although you do have to pay for parking. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

Honestly I love every aspect about it it has been a long time since I actually have been in a place where it's comfortable exciting give me ideas for what I will actually want the only downside is at checkout I was charged or they were trying to charge me more money but I paid everything up front that was the only downside

I had an early flight coming and a late flight leaving and was told I can pay a $75 fee to check in early and a $75 fee to check out late to accommodate my flights. Upon arrival I was able to pay the fee and check in early and was told to wait until day of to pay the fee to check out late. Fast forward to the day of , I get a call from front desk at 12 stating it was time to leave. I explained I would be paying the fee to check out later and was told that is not possible. I was told there was no availability for me to check out later. I was then told I would have to book for a complete extra day in order to check out later. When I arrived at the lobby , I was told I would need to book a whole new reservation through the third party company in order to be able to stay, which resulted in me paying an addition $150 for a couple of extra hours. Would never stay here again!
