Everything was near by, only thing just one chair but everything pretty good.

They have very nice clean rooms

The place was good overall for the price. Staff was nice . The area around it seemed unsafe and lots of homeless people around the area. However the hotel was well lit and seemed like a safe spot.

They are amazing

We were led to believe that the rooms were nice and so was the hotel in general . The minute we arived we realized it was not what we thought. Its getto and ugly

Police had a raid while checking in. room wasn't ready at 6 pm did not stay there, cancelled room,

Pillows were too small. And the tv didn’t work.

I don’t leave bad reviews, but I felt compelled to share this in hopes of saving others from a similarly disappointing experience.

I booked this hotel because I’ve stayed at other Rodeway Inns before and expected a basic but reliable level of cleanliness and service. That was not the case here.

Upon arrival—well after the 3 PM check-in time—I was told my room still wasn’t ready at 6 PM. When I finally got in, the room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being labeled non-smoking. The property itself was extremely rundown and dirty, as shown in the attached photo. Trash was left on the ground, and the keys constantly stopped working after one use, requiring frequent trips to the front desk.

The bed was awful—you could feel every spring. The bathroom was worse: there were pubic hairs on the shower walls, a bent showerhead that sprayed the wall instead of downward, and even boogers smeared next to the toilet. I had to clean the shower just to use it. When I came back the next day, the room smelled like a cat litter box soaked in urine. I couldn’t handle another night and checked out early—even though I had prepaid for additional nights.

When I brought up these issues, the staff were completely dismissive and even tried to charge me a $60 early checkout fee. No empathy, no effort to resolve anything.

This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly advise looking elsewhere, especially if you expect even the most basic standards of cleanliness

It was affordable, but it was run down and poor condition...

Nasty and it waas in middle of th hood!!

They charged me 3 times and the person I went half on the room got charged 2 time and they did not refunded us our money back

The front staff were so lovely, absolutely no hate to them but the property was disgusting. I had dirt on my bedding and towels, leaves on the floor. Whole place felt run down and filthy. The bathroom had mould and paint peeling tub, I felt sick and had to buy shower shoes to use it. The area is also really unsafe I barricaded my door every night as I got followed and harassed on the first night. Please don’t stay here.

I had a terrible experience. I confirmed over the phone that I would be arriving late, but when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff informed me that my reservation had been cancelled. Additionally, the location was not ideal.
