Pros:

This is the worst ive ever experienced. No concierge just a security guard with a mobile device trying to check people in then no help
When I finally found the person he wanted 240 ringgit cash & following me to ATM I told him this is absurd!!
When we finally got to our room i felt so upset that I left the premises immediately & booked another hotel I was so discussed please hotels. Com take it off your site .

Could have been fantatsic!!!
Pros:

Room was fine. Location was great. The main gripes were checking in and checking out. There was no system wahtsoever. If you have an early check out better hope the host is awake, if not, you in trouble. The place is filled with people and often when you want to catch the lifts, it would be busy. It can take you anywhere between 5mins to 15mins just to catch a lift and another 5 or so minutes just to get to the lobby as there is just so many people. The room i had had woeful to no internet. Overall a lot of improvement is needed. If they can fix these issues, this place would be fantastic.
