La experiencia no fue agradable en este hotel. El cuarto se siente sofocado, el aire acondicionado portátil genera muchísimo ruido por lo que descansar fue imposible además de la cantidad limitada de almohadas que había en el hotel. El cuarto y baño tenía mosquitos de fruta y no había ventilación para sacarlos.

No había forma de subir la persiana automática porque además de no entregarnos el control remoto, los controles que tenían no estaban sincronizados con nuestro aparato por lo que el cuarto con vista tuvo un bloqueo a la ventana durante toda la estancia.

El personal se porto con muchísima amabilidad y disposición, para llevarnos al pueblo y estar al pendiente. Sin embargo el costo extra para obtener este servicio se menciono al pagar la cuenta con cantidades muy excedidas al servicio que se ofreció. Un transporte de 6 minutos del hotel al pueblo tuvo un costo de $500 pesos.

Agradezco mucho la disposición, pero definitivamente hay un costo beneficio muy fuera de proporción en el establecimiento.
