The worst possible experience. I do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. The hotel is not safe for life. Be careful. This hotel should be removed from Expedia. I am very disappointed with the company… after so many years of being a regular customer… I am very concerned about the types of hotels that make contracts with Expedia. This experience put our lives in danger.

We arrived around 9 PM. The hotel manager said that he had sold the room. He did not know there was a reservation through Expedia. He did not apologize and told us to leave the hotel. My husband asked him to find us a room somewhere else. He pretended to make a phone call and then told us to follow by car one of his employees, who would escort us on a motorcycle. My husband followed him by car… he took us up on a hill and then said he didn’t know the hotel he was taking us to. My husband stopped… and the person threatened him. After this, I called the police.

It has been the worst experience of my life. The owner was rude and kept brushing me off kept saying that he was going to show everything and he didn’t we constantly had to ask for more clean towels. The beds were very uncomfortable, constantly had to ask for them to come clean the room. We were told they should come every 3 days to clean that didn’t happen when we requested to leave he lied saying he couldn’t because Expedia had the money we contacted Expedia we were told that they couldn't refund us since they already paid the owner it’s up to him. Expedia tried to contact him but he was rude and told them non refundable and hung up on them. He lied was rude and refuse to let us leave or even try to make our stay better. The whole building was in bad condition the bathroom doesn’t have a door the shower head broke, there was mold in the bathroom. The sink in the bathroom kept dripping we asked to fix it, didn’t get fixed. The food was very plain our kids never ate their breakfast. The balcony was constantly dirty from people throwing trash. The towel that they gave us had stains and were hard harsh. Our experience was so bad that we left two days early. We felt so uncomfortable the whole time I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone the picture make it look nice. To top it all off there isn’t a private beach if anything the place is across from the beach not even close to it.
