Pros:

スタッフが常駐しないサービスアパートメントです。オーナーの女性はとても感じの良い方ですが、英語は話せませんので宿泊の書類（これもタイ語です）を書く時などチェックインには終始スマートフォンのGoogle翻訳を使いました。
部屋は清潔ですが浴室はシャワーカーテンもシャワーブースもない造りなので、一度シャワーを浴びると洗面台もトイレも床が濡れてしまいます。これは不便な点だと思いました。
徒歩圏内に巨大なショッピングモールがあるので買い物も食事もここで全て賄えます。
この近くには音楽フェス会場に使われる遊園地があるので、それを観に行くための宿としては利用価値が高いですが、ある程度タイ語が話せ、寝るだけの場所として割り切れる旅慣れた人向けだと思います。
