Hotel 465 by Regency Inn & Suites

It smelled bad and was nothing like the pictures. I didnt even stay there left and got a different hotel.

I’ve stayed at several Motel 6’s before and they’ve all been nice. This location was terrible! The area looked very sketchy. The room was very dirty. Bed sheets were stained and had cigarette burns. There were at least 20 flies flying around the room and I even saw a roach. Bathroom was very dirty and shower had many stains. I wouldn’t dare step into the tub barefoot. I only stayed a few hours before deciding to leave. I chose to spend the night at the airport terminal instead of here.

The rooms are filthy and there are cockroaches everywhere

Pulled up to the hotel and it was very hard to find behind a truck stop. Check in was horrible, rude and felt like he didnt want to be there. Got our keys went to check out the room and hit with a horrible stench. Closed the door and demanded a refund which conveniently he couldnt figure out. All in all a horrible experience. Also lots of cats and dogs sraying here as well as a lot of trash around the property.

When I arrived, it took over 30 minutes for anyone to get to the front desk to check me in. Once I got to my room, I was immediately swarmed by flies, which were a persistent problem throughout the stay which I tried several ways to get rid of. Nothing worked. Towels and sheets were still wet from the wash, I saw several cockroaches. The fridge was too dirty to use, the TV barely worked, the sink had no hot water, mattress and pillows were horribly aged and heavily yellowed/stained, and for some reason the shower was lightly painted with house paint. Outside, the truck stop at the entrance frequently blocks the entrance, and I was nearly hit several times by truckers not watching where they were going. Don't stay here, it's not worth your dignity. I won't feel clean again for a while.

This was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever stepped foot in...it was worse than a prison cell. There were flies all over and insects on the walls. It is not a Hotel 465, it is a Motel 6, and I am demanding a refund or I will post reviews with the photos I took to warn people not to stay there.

Reaked of smoke. Kids screaming/ playing all hours of the night. No toilet paper. Cockroaches. There was a hole in the wall.

My room had a constant parade of flies entering the room somehow, Maybe through a crack under the door. I did not stay a full night, I checked out at 12:30AM.

It’s fine for a cheap room, but there’s a lot of lingering smells and rough repair work in the rooms. The ac units also should probably be checked for bacteria growth (they have a very odd smell.) Otherwise staff was friendly and available.

We walked into the looby and the staff was very nice but it smelled very dirty and icky. Then we made our way to our room which we took the stairs for and the stair well smelled like absolute fish and nastyness. We got into our room and there was exposed wire in the room. Rat traps. Marker on the morror. Dirt on the rags. Flys everywhere. What looked like come all over the wall.

The bed was nice but I ran out of toilet paper quickly and there were three roaches (that I found anyway).

To call it a hotel is a misnomer.

The facility had a noticeable smell to it, and is quite isolated in location and difficult to get into considering the fact semi trucks frequently park near it. Actual room itself was fine, but the shower was disgusting and no toilet paper was given in the bathrooms.

No towel,no clean

Very poor condition and bugs and flys, all over the room roach's dirty floors. Deluxe no TV in room bugs no toilet paper no bed covers only sheets. No clean tub again bugs . Please don't go unless you don't mind being dirty.

The low price brought low expectations. They were exceeded. The room was nicer and cleaner than i expected. Even the family who ran the establishment made me feel welcome. It helped that this was Independence Day, and they invited me to celebrate with fhem. Nice and hospitable. All promised featires delivered.

I did not stay at this hotel/motel due to the uncleanliness. I went and retrieved my deposit and gave back the keycard.. They should not rent that room to anyone so long as it was that terrible. Rather than ask for a different room, I left. The whole establishment was terrible.

the room looks like it wasn't cleaned from previous guests. everything is dirty, the bed looks like it was lain in. the s…. in the toilet isn't flushed, the bathroom is dirty. everything is dusty! dirt everywhere.

Only stay here if you really can't afford anything else. Very very low end. It was extremely minimal, didn't feel completely clean, a light didn't work, trash bins outside were all overflowing. My room reeked of smoke and the "office" smelled. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe so I left.
