Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel

Very clean rooms and excellent service from the staff, special thanks to Jenny, Mia, Giang, Danny and Cindy for helping us with our sightseeing and food recommendations. Will definitely recommend this place to friends, location is also right in the heart of Old Quarter which makes all the main tourist sights in the city walkable distance from the hotel, something we really apprechiated.

Beautiful rooms, fabulous breakfast, exceptional staff. What a great find!! Room was super quiet. Looks like it is brand new. Bed very comfortable. The staff is the best I have seen in a long, long time. Highly recommend.

The staff were so friendly and helpful with any recommendations. The room was great, very comfy bed and great additions such as and kettle hairdryer. Great quality for the price. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel , apart from having a great location in the very center of the old city and comfortable, spacious, beautifully designed rooms, has a wonderful staff that will make you feel like part of the family. I received a lot of useful information during my stay, as well as an excellent organization of excursions with excellent guides with a high command of the English language. I must also mention the care they gave me when I caught a cold, so I would like to thank you again, it meant a lot to me considering that I started the trip alone. All praise for efficiency.

The staff was really kind, helpful and informative. Everybody did a great job to make us feel good and comfortable. The breakfast was really nice with lots of variaties and fresh fruit.

The staff are incredible, really makes you feel like a VIP from the moment you walk in. So kind and helpful. The breakfast is so good, we looked forward to it every day. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly. The location is also so central and walkable wherever we wanted to go.

Good location. Excellent staff service rendered from a group of young people (Okami, Angela, Mia and 2 more guys whose names we cannot remember). They were attentive to our needs in the week we were there. We had an early trip to Sapa and they even packed breakfast for us so that we could eat on our way.

Good location, good staff

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of the old district. Comfy modern rooms with modern bathrooms. Bed very comfy. Staff are just wonderful - very enthusiastic and welcoming. Organised tours and cars. Cannot beat the price either. A great Hanoi Indochine Premium Hotel in every sense

The location is central in the old quarter and about 10 minutes walk to the lake. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great.

Stayed here with my siblings and cousin and had the best time in Hanoi. Location of this hotel was perfect, in a busy area with lots going on around us and even though our room was at the front of the hotel it was not loud at all. We could walk to everything we wanted to see in Hanoi with most destinations in a short walking distance. The hotel room was lovely and everything we needed for our stay was available to us. The staff were incredible, super friendly, so helpful and just genuinely lovely people that cared about making your stay the best. We were greeted with delicious banana cake and tea and got told a little about the hotel and the area, and the staff were also very willing to help us with anything when we asked for recommendations from their favourite local restaurants to calling restaurants to check they were open to conversing with taxi drivers for us. Truly enjoyed our stay and the staff were really a highlight and memorable part of the stay!
