Pros:

また入りに来たいサウナです！
サウナルーム→水風呂→ととのいスペースの
動線が素敵で、さすがサウナ師監修だと思いました。
朝ごはんは、特にサラダとドレッシング、ベーコンが美味しかったです！

駅やバス停から少し遠いのがネックですが、また機会があれば泊まりたいです！

新築でお部屋が綺麗。手狭に感じることもなく良かったです。温泉からあがった後も暫くの間体がポカポカで良い湯でした。ダイソンのドライヤーが嬉しかったです♪

チェックイン時の職員の対応が横柄で最悪だった。その職員以外は皆さん親切で感じがよかった。大浴場の清掃が間に合っていなくて排水溝が詰まっていて、足元に汚水がたまっていた。ごみ箱もあふれかえっていて清潔とは言えない。ホテル自体は新しくきれいなので、清掃の頻度を上げるとかしてほしい。

객실도 깨끗하고, 무엇보다 직원분들 너무 친절하십니다.
편의시설도 다양하게 있어서 너무 편하게 이용했어요.
야식으로 주시는 라멘도 맛있었고,
대욕탕을 얼마든지 이용할 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요!

サウナ目当てで前乗りしてみた
Pros:

千歳空港からバスで来るとバス停から徒歩10分程、荷物が多かったのでタクシーを使い700円で到着

部屋はコンパクトにまとまっていて快適
水風呂18℃、湯41.8℃、整いイスは最高

口コミ通りエレベーターは小さめが2基、乗れないのに途中の階で毎回止まる事が多かった
風呂場の排水もできるなら改善希望

サウナが本格的で、三日間で5回利用させていただきました。
お風呂やサウナの中はとても清潔で、過ごしやすかったです。

新しいこともあって　とても綺麗でした
部屋も広くて　玄関が広くてびっくり‼️
部屋のお風呂が広くてびっくり‼️ 大浴場もとても素敵でした
夜食のラーメンは、普通
朝食も美味しく頂きました。ラウンジも広くてゆっくり出来ました
コインランドリーがあったり、無料の自転車🚲があったりで凄く良いでしたよ。
又行きたいホテル🏨です

새로 지어져서 그런지 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 대욕장이 있어서 객실분들도 많아 이용하고 좋네요.

조식은 평범한 수준이긴 했으나 맛없진 않았습니다. 저녁 9시부터 11시까지 야식으로 미소라멘을 제공하는데 좀 짜고 그래서 첫날먹어보고 안먹었네요.

한국인들 뿐만 아니라 일본 내국인들이 많이 이용하는곳이였습니다.
