Pros:

The room was unavailable when we tried to check in. After showing the front desk the receipt and reservation from Expedia, a dirty room was provided with damp carpets and walls covered in stains. Worst part was the fact that no one seemed to be in charge or know anything. Checked out a day later and had to book another hotel for the rest of the stay.
